  Karen Lopez would get 10 stars if it was possible. When I 1st contacted my HOA I really didn’t think they could help. Boy was I surprised when I was given her direct phone number and very surprised on how quickly she responded to my concerns. By far the best customer service I’ve ever received.   Carlos Anino is inconsiderate to the people that live at the property he manages. My family speaks very little english, and are not good with technology. When given notice about a new rule being added to our community the notice was only in English and Spanish when asked a simple question about the new change in our community board he replied with "did you read the notice?" All other communication provided was no help after this message. He just sent me an email of the same notice in english and spanish. Now I have to bring the document to a translator for more clarification.

  I wish I could give this company a zero rating. Terrible HOA management company. To start, it was difficult getting an account in TownSq - wasted hours and hours. After many requests, they gave me an access to someone else account. They don't send a reminder on HOA fees, and charge you upwards of $200 fees per month. Very unprofessional.
