  If I could give this HOA zero stars I would! This is the most unethical company I have ever dealt with! The representatives are RUDE when you call. Not to mention, they are not knowledgeable. If you are thinking about buying a property Houston Community Management Services manage, DON’T! Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere….

  A big HOA corporation like Associa is often very difficult to work with. BUT if you have a good property manager, it makes it so much less painful. Ours is Ashley McDaniel and we couldn’t get things done or problems solved without her. Ashley hears problems all day and probably gets yelled at daily for the bureaucratic mess that Associa is. Ashley - thank you for making HOA headaches milder. 😎 The 5-star review is for Ashley, NOT Associa.

  I had to revise my post and give Carlos a five-star review they sent me a letter he did not realize it and then sent somebody to fix everything my yard looks immaculate it looks almost like whenever I purchased the home I have to give him his props and tell him that he did an awesome job the association is starting to look a little better so I can't say that they are bad anymore Carlos went above and beyond to fix my problem do I have to give him a five-star review he went above and beyond so thank you to the association
