  I’ve been here for almost two years. There are pros & cons but I do like it overall. Shout out to the maintenance man Jose, he’s always quick to respond to maintenance requests & gets things taken care of promptly. He’s professional, helpful & always makes sure everything is handled properly!

  We moved to the heights west 11th last week. We are really enjoying the property. Management is attentive and most of the neighbors are very friendly.

  I've been living here close to a year now and there are definitely pros and cons, but I've had a very good experience overall! I LOVE the location! It's by a grocery store, a park, and the white oak bayou trails. It's nice and quiet. I also love the amenities. I love how big the bathrooms and closets are and the kitchen is beautiful. I know there's been many car break-ins, but I've been lucky and haven't had any issues there. It seems we have more patrols around here now because of it so hopefully things get better. I feel like it could've been handled sooner though. I've had a few issues involving leaks, washing machine and dryer problems, but Jose, the maintenance man (THE GOAT) is SUPER timely. We never sit with a problem for more than a day. There was a leak in the walls at one point and it caused some molding, but again, fixed very quickly. When it came back it was fixed again and we haven't had a problem since. The complex is honestly pretty quiet! There are moments where there's a noisy neighbor but it's never been bad. I think there's a foundation problem, and it's caused some issues, but I'm not too informed about that. The gate sometimes stays broken for extended periods of time (1 week I feel like is the average) and same for the elevator. I'm lucky that it doesn't impact me as much since I usually take the stairs anyway, but I understand it's necessity. Pool is usually good! Jose checks it everyday, but I'm not sure how often it gets cleaned. Complex is generally clean! I wish people would pick up their dog 💩 tho. It's getting better. Also, I think things have gotten a little better since Ana has been the manager.

  15 cars got broken into and all management had to say was that they’re “talking to corporate” to see what they can do, and they can’t reimburse anyone because there’s no proof it was a security breach on their part. This is been happening for weeks and they still haven’t done anything about it. And a few months ago people’s tires got stolen and their cars were left on cinder blocks.
