  My car was towed and cost me 280 to get out less than 12 hours later. Melba Jackson the assistant manager assured me she had registered it when I physically went into the office sat across from her desk. After my car was towed she claimed the encounter in her office never happened

  Single mom’s trying to make it in Houston, Texas please do not apply to these apartments. They will deny you the same day without trying to help you at least try to get into it. Worst communication service I’ve ever received apartments are nice but the staff is horrible and do not help at all

  Worst place to apply too if you are a single mom with a child they will deny you the same day and not refund the money you paid for to apply

  Sweetest and most diligent maintenance team! They helped us with our fridge and they switched all our groceries to the replacement and made sure we were all taken care of!

  This has been one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve had. When it rains, parts of the property flood and turn into mud, making it difficult to walk around. The area around the pool is often wet, muddy, and poorly maintained. There are ongoing issues with noise and people smoking in common areas, which makes it uncomfortable to live here. The trash areas frequently smell very bad and don’t seem to be cleaned regularly. Management has been consistently rude and unhelpful when addressing concerns, which only adds to the frustration. There are also serious concerns about safety and maintenance. At one point, there was a vehicle fire near Building 7 that caused a large emergency response, with firefighters and police on site and broken glass left around the area. It was a very alarming situation. Another major issue is the unexpected charges after moving out. Residents can be hit with significant fees that were not clearly explained beforehand, which feels unfair and misleading. Additionally, the gates are frequently broken or damaged, which raises concerns about security. Overall, I would not recommend living here.
