  This has been one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve had. When it rains, parts of the property flood and turn into mud, making it difficult to walk around. The area around the pool is often wet, muddy, and poorly maintained. There are ongoing issues with noise and people smoking in common areas, which makes it uncomfortable to live here. The trash areas frequently smell very bad and don’t seem to be cleaned regularly. Management has been consistently rude and unhelpful when addressing concerns, which only adds to the frustration. There are also serious concerns about safety and maintenance. At one point, there was a vehicle fire near Building 7 that caused a large emergency response, with firefighters and police on site and broken glass left around the area. It was a very alarming situation. Another major issue is the unexpected charges after moving out. Residents can be hit with significant fees that were not clearly explained beforehand, which feels unfair and misleading. Additionally, the gates are frequently broken or damaged, which raises concerns about security. Overall, I would not recommend living here.

  Came before 5:30 to tour like the lady said to do on the phone 30 mins before coming. I drove 26 mins there & I came with a baby like I told her. No one was in the office. Called twice no answer. She knew I was on the way… I took out a sleeping baby out the car & stood outside for a bit in the heat hoping she’d be right back but didn’t see anyone for 10 mins. This place wasted my gas & time. Definitely isn’t a good fit for me. I believe this was a sign to stay away.

  I would not recommend living here. There is a serious German roach issue, and I’ve found them inside my bed frame. When I showed management photo evidence, they dismissed it as “too blurry,” despite it clearly being a roach. I’ve attached the same photo here so others can determine for themselves whether it is a roach or not.

  I recently toured the grounds with Melba Jackson. She was so kind and accommodating and supportive as I looked around for my first apartment. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience. I encourage many to give these apartments a try.
