  The apartments are the nicest ones on that end of enclave. However, the management is always switching & the most current lady is pretty rude and not pleasant to be around at all. If you want to keep people Del Ray get somebody good and solid in the office not these rude ladies who have bad lives at home and take it out on inquiring applicants or current residence.

  I didn’t have a good experience when I first moved here, just unprofessional. I could go into details of all the issues I experienced, no one working there at the time made a point to contact me about anything. I had to take the initiative on everything to get the ball rolling with my application and move in. While I like my apartment and the location, the rent is clearly overpriced. They also charge a lot for utilities like water, sewage, gas and other things. I don’t understand having a gas charge with no gas stove. They add new charges to my bill with no explanation. Unlike other apartments I don’t receive a bill from a third-party utility company, instead the complex supposedly receives a bill and then “allocates’ utility charges between the residents. So ur not paying for your own individual usage. There has a been a lot of shadiness from the corporate office, like increasing the price of my rent after applying and trying to add an extra $100 to my move in fee. When I contacted Cynthia from the corporate office about being billed for utility charges before I moved in, she had a nasty attitude and let me know the amounts would not be changed. I believe they take section 8 and some of the people there are low class. The mailbox area has been robbed twice. There have been at least 3 diff managers since I been here and the leasing staff constantly changes people. The current manager is a joke and and I bet she won't last long. The office takes a while to do things and purposely ignores emails/requests and don't return calls and are also Liars and lazy, why every time you call the office you got to speak to a third party and the office never gets back to you. They started charging a community fee for access to the gym, pool and computer center and add all these additional rules. And the 'amenities' are not even up to par, I've seen better. The printer and computers don't even work and this should already be included in the high rent price. Maintenance has been okay. Half of the apartments are covered in rocks on the ground so I don't know why they have the lawnmower people come out every week and they start loud and early at 7:00am annoyingly getting dust on people's cars.
