  The community and units seem really nice. I stopped in to view a unit as I am moving in September and I was met with warmness and hospitality. My 2 star review is based in the fact that I was asked to submit income information (which I did about a week ago) and I haven't received any follow up despite me calling and emailing. Guess it was too good to be true. While i understand that my projected move in date is more than 30 days away, I still have things that I need to do in order to prepare and making the best decision for myself. Even if I dont qualify, at keast tell me THAT so I can know how i need to proceed.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I visited here there’s dead roaches in the cabinets and in the paint on the walls. The staff seemed very rude and in a hurry. Not worth the price. I ended up next door. Online images don’t match in person!

  The apartments are the nicest ones on that end of enclave. However, the management is always switching & the most current lady is pretty rude and not pleasant to be around at all. If you want to keep people Del Ray get somebody good and solid in the office not these rude ladies who have bad lives at home and take it out on inquiring applicants or current residence.
