  I don’t know who this Chiara Houston lady is but me and her been having problems with these notices. This my second time letting her know don’t not enter my apartment about a notice she suppose to put the notice in between the door not enter the residence apartment to leave a notice that’s very unprofessional. Then she had me sign some paper about me resigning my lease to see if the complex was gonna approve me resign my lease gave her call back about that she was talking circles kept telling Tori to tell me come different days then switch up to some up to else,I get renewal offer call her about that she giving me problems about that . I’m just over it cause things will go left she keep on

  I’m starting to think this particular complex be hiring anybody because Chiara is just slow don’t know what she’s doing. She say one thing then switch it up to some else then she don’t know how communicate Tori is just slow as well they both don’t know what’s going on and why Chiara is assistant if she don’t know anything she barely know the paperwork get them both out the office she ain’t doing anything but making things delay more

  I'd just like to say thank you to Cypress Creek office Staff. Mr.Leonard for taking care of me, As a cancer patient that was very sick as Maintenance here he is a great help. Ahd The new staff Ms. Chiara she has been working so hard day one and handling everything with all the changes very well. Also Mr.Livan, Under pressure being very professional at all times getting things done no matter what that is in his control.... Thank you all so much.

  I have been a resident here at Cypress creek @ fayridge for 3 years now. I am pleased with all the changes that have been made. Stacy and Chiara have been amazing in the office and always willing to go the extra mile.
