  This complex is ghetto! People drive real bad try run over you, These housing people blinds is torn up real bad. Seem when apartment takes housing, they get to tare down place

  Costa Viscaya es, sin duda, el peor lugar donde he vivido. Después de 3 años viviendo ahí, así es como tratan a sus residentes: te roban tu dinero y no dan la cara. La administración es un desastre total. No respetan a los inquilinos, hacen cargos injustificados y cuando reclamas, simplemente te ignoran. No es casualidad que hayan cambiado de compañía administradora 3 veces; eso dice mucho de lo mal que manejan todo y de la cantidad de problemas que tienen. Al final, solo buscan cómo sacarte más dinero, sin importar el tiempo que hayas vivido ahí o si siempre cumpliste con tus pagos. La experiencia fue tan mala que prefiero dormir en la calle antes que volver a vivir ahí. No recomiendo Costa Viscaya a nadie. Falta de respeto, mala administración y ladrones. Eviten este lugar a toda costa.me robaron la mitad de mi deposito que el apartamento esta sucio y que le falta un bombillo deberían de cerrarles el complejo por din vergüenza qué son falta de etica y moral

  PLEASE DON’T MOVE HERE JUST HORRIBLE AN ROACHES INFESTED I ASK THEM FOR A YEAR AN HALF FOR A NEW REFRIGERATOR CAUSE TGE INE I HAD MADE A NET BEFORE IT AN EVEN ASK FOR THE NEIGHBOR STOP LEAVING TRASH OUTSIDE IT NEVER STOP … DNT MOVE HERR THEY FINT FIX NOTHING SN CAR ARE BEING BROKE INTO AN STEALING LANDLORD DNT DO NOTHING AT ALL SHE NEED TO BE FIRED ASAP …..PLUS ROACHES WAS IN MY DOG CAGE I HAD SHIP HIM TO MY MOM OUT OF TOWN

  I Currently live here in the apartments it's been 5years and the first year or 2 it's been okay but now it's been helllllllllllllllllllll nothing is getting fixed its been 3 months since i asked them to fix my kitchen light 5 months to fix my ac i just want to move so bad you just don't understand don't move here unless you're ready for hell
