  🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩Extremely long process trying to apply. I applied in October of 2025 they dragged out the approval process until February of 2026. The leasing agent reached out me asking me if I could submit documents once again which would've dragged the process out even further and I had to tell her NO! It's been months and your compliance office still hasn't made a decision. I had to hassel them and threaten to sue just to get my deposit back!.. In my opinion, they never had a unit available to rent, it seemed like they were doing something shady. BE CAREFUL renting here plus there's a lot of random gun fire in that area for some reason.

  I have had the most worst experience being a victim of D.V and trying to escape I wastes my time speaking To yederra the property manager after I wasted money to get a ticket to Houston this lady has been avoiding me and then had the nerve to ask me to make corrections that I do not have access to online this is such a frustrating and scary moment and these people this woman shows no empathy towards the one trying to do right and get a safe place to stay . I have been waiting on a firm answer and corrections to be confirmed and now she cannot respond hasn't responded and of course her employees relay the message that she will be on other properties and have no real answer or solution on what's going on with my application process. This is completely unacceptable.
