i would not hope no one would wanna move here because even though i gave these people a 30 day notice and they even signed of on extra payments from housing and i was never late on no payments these people still trying to charge me for other fees to get money out of me so if anyone looking to move in these apartments don't and i would be posting my paper work on instagram letting people know to look past these apartments and i do have 1 million followers and i am going to let people know how bad the manager is and the regional manager was they are liers and i am not going for this drama then i was told i should file a grievance appeal for something they lied about so what i am considering doing if they don't fix this matter i would file a lawsuit and anything else i can file and put this place out of business because they stressing me out and messing with my nerves and i would not remove this post until they fix there errors and i also have houston housing authority on my side also so let the games begin

If I can give zero stars I would. Been here 3 yrs and my billing been messed up all the way til now. Some of the staff is highly rude. Roaches, mold, and dust everywhere. Pool never open but maybe 3x and thats not consistent. No security at all even though its in the lease agreement but told due to residency being under funds aren't available.

I went to visit my mother on her birthday and as I’m walking up the stair to her 3rd level unit a foul odor greeted me just before making it to the second level. The neighbor below constantly piles her trash on the stairway and on her balcony. Which means infestation of roaches, files and other rodents. Imagine having the ability to dress nicely in public and go to work well kept but you don’t have any respect for where you live and the people that live around you. This lady should be ashamed of herself and so should the property management for continuously allowing it. I do not recommend anyone to life here. My mom moved to a new unit a few months ago after living on the property for a few years in another unit. It will be the last time she renews a lease with this property. No one should have to live in such filthy conditions. Highly unnecessary for grown people to behave this way. You don’t need to have a lot of money to be a descent person. The pictures posted a of a 4 different times. The photos with the brow bag are what I took on 7/31 my mom’s bday. To the property management in advance, I don’t need your nonchalant response to my review. Take pride and get the property up to better stands.

I moved here from Ohio and I've been here for almost 2 years and haven't had any issues! Yes roaches we're in my place when I first moved in but that's anywhere in Texas or if your just a dirty ass person I have no issue with the leasing office any time I enter a maintenance request it's done within 1-3 days so not sure why people are so unhappy but I love my place an I love cost 😌 Don't really care for the school system but other than that I would recommend this for anyone looking for a family oriented complex.
