  Elsie is wonderful. She takes the time to answer any questions you may have. Good prices for the 1 bedroom, unit is spacious and open. Love the private bathroom and washer dryer connections. And property has on site security as well.

  My tour with Elsie was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable and patient in answering all of my questions. The 1-bedroom units are reasonably priced for the size and quality and are located in a great area. The unit I toured had a spacious open floor plan and a private bathroom. I really enjoyed this property and would definitely recommend it.

  I made multiple attempts to obtain basic leasing and application information from Columbia Greens. As an out-of-state applicant, clear communication is critical, yet the leasing office failed to provide even standard details about how to apply. Calls were not returned, emails resulted in vague responses, and there is no clear online application process available. Prospective tenants are directed to contact the leasing office, but the office does not provide the necessary information when contacted. This level of disorganization and lack of responsiveness raises serious concerns about how the property is managed. If simple pre-leasing communication cannot be handled properly, it does not inspire confidence in how current residents are treated. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I would advise other prospective renters to proceed with caution.
