  I went the whole month of May with no central air conditioning and when I called that number that 417 number and spoke with Irene, she was very nasty to me ( it seems like she already had conversations about me with the people in the office, so her opinion was already made up about me before I could even have a conversation with her) and said they do not do rental adjustments I feel like I should have been compensated because I went a month with no air-conditioning. They came in and put a window unit and then the roaches started flying right in my home. I have a three bedroom so it’s OK for you and your kids to be in the heat for 31 days plus because we were ordering parts. I paid my full rent, but I didn’t get a full month of comfort in my home they do not care. You could come walk the property and you could just see that they don’t care. come and see how nasty the stairwells is. littered with spider sacks and trash this place is horrible and they’re lying. These reviews are fluff. I see there’s no access to the gym. I moved to the third floor and now I can’t use my fireplace because they said the city said it’s a hazard. they pressure wash the stairwells once a year and that’s the only time the stairwells get cleaned. They are nasty and filthy all the time. I watched them paint over dirt on my balcony, which has a huge crack in it. They have balconies here that are held up with boards. not caring for the residence that are already here is crazy work How about take care of the people that already live here take care of the property that you all have this property is raggedy and it’s ran down I regret moving here. I feel like I’ve been tricked.

  I reported my AC unit broken on April 28. Your staff had already came out to fix the AC unit a week before that then you all gave me a AC unit on 16 May then seven days later, you all came with a second window unit this is a three bedroom apartment with the kitchen that I could not cook in for weeks because we could not breathe when I will use my oven so thanks for the window units in the room rooms, but my house was unbearable to live and yes, I can say I have been treated a weird way due to my characteristics. no one can tell me how I’ve been treated when it’s clearly in my face I’ve experienced it I will post pictures of how nasty the stairwells are and how you all don’t clean up. I don’t have to lie when I first moved here. There was a can of soda on the stairwell from October to January so please ma’am save it. I actually live here. I have pictures of my thermostat being 87° in my house at midnight because I decided to cook for my children in the kitchen so the house remained hot throughout the night. You all are acting like I’m lying or spreading rumors because in your mind I didn’t get a rental adjustment. It’s not just about that. We were not living properly in this unit like normal people supposed to live that’s unfair. That’s what this is about and no one cares. You all had to order parts and in the meanwhile me and my children suffered my grandbaby couldn’t even come to my house but Mother’s Day because it was too hot. I have sickle cell anemia. I had to go to the hospital because it was so hot. You all don’t care you didn’t show that you cared for me. You took your time with this AC unit and didn’t wanna give me a rental adjustment so don’t come over here acting like I’m lying cause I have pictures and receipts for everything. I’m saying ma’am. when I first got my keys, the carpet smelled like wet dog, and I have witnesses how it reeked for days. The blinds were broken. This apartment was not ready when y’all moved me in here ma’am so yeah, I feel like I’ve been tricked very much so tricked you all showed me one Apartment and gave me another one if that’s not tricked I don’t know what is. at the last minute, I had to change my lights because I had my lights turned on in the first apartment y’all showed me, but then you all gave me this Apartment and I have proof of that as well. I know y’all have to try to save face, but my opinion is my opinion.

  I started my application process here in July of 2025 They kept having different people in the front office. So my application didn't get approved to october let's talk about that white guy with Red hair and beard that came in with a sassy attitude for nothing When I first moved in everything in the apartment was not up to par.I let them know about the raggedy blinds that were dirty in every room.The carpet smelled like it was wet mold i asked them to give me new blinds before Thanksgiving before my family came over, they brought me some blinds in October and set them in the corner. They just put those blinds up in May. Those blinds set in the corner for months. There's only three maintenance men for this whole complex, so it seemed like when you request a maintenance order.They're not coming for months They charge you a pest control fee every month on your rent. But you have to call and request it and good luck if they come The AC unit I've been having problems with it for months until may. When it finally went out, actually it was the end of April. When my air condition went out, I have sickle Cell anemia, I cannot be in the heat. I've told them that three weeks after my maintenance request. They brought me at AC window unit that increased mylight bill. I have a 3 bedroom. My children had to sleep on my floor in my room. Just to get air so they can go to school. In the morning, they could not sleep in their beds, but when I told this to the people in office they did not care, they said, we're waiting on a part. That's all they kept repeating. We're waiting on a part. We're waiting on a part Well, we gave you a window unit, smh They don't care at all. Yes, you gave me a window unit. But my 2 children are sleeping on my floor that's not what I'm paying rent for I got sick had to go to the hospital. I came back. I told them, you know what? They did gave me another window unit for the second room sending my light bill even higher, and then the Roaches started just coming into my home. I live right by the bayou, roaches Galore was just flying into my home. They did not care. Finally, they fixed my AC on May 31st. I asked the corporate for rental adjustments. They said, no, we tried all we can. We had to order parts. No, we don't do rental adjustments. I emailed Colombia greens assist at wilholt propertiescom. That was an invalid email that the assistant manager gave me I also called another 417 number and the lady. Irene was very rude. We do not give rental adjustments!. So when I was trying to explain to her everything I went through, she told me, my answer is not gonna change! almost seem like the front office and Ms Irene already had a conversation about me. So she was trying to be very Stern with me. But coming off like a rude little bee. we're not doing rental adjustments! And my answer is not about to change! So I hung up and I went purchased a money Order for my full rent. So I could pay my rent on time like I have every month since I've been living here. I have pictures of my home being 87° at midnight. We could not breathe in this unit. We live on the 3rd floor you think those people care. No, I feel like I don't have the right skin color for them to care. I really don't understand racist people. We all have our flaws.They all are Mexican in the front office and they have very non chalant attitudes like they don't care at all. If I was you, I would not move here. I guarantee you. You will have problems the whole while you are here. Don't move here. I promise you will regret it just like I do. Me and my children suffered for a month. But no rental adjustments? Now I'm taking it to social media

  My mom has been living here, not even a year and it’s the most horrible experience I’ve witnessed her live in. Her AC has been broke for over a month and she has sickle cell, it took them three weeks just to put a AC unit in here that has now allowed roaches inside of her own home her and my siblings keep getting woken up to roaches by their face now. She has had to been hospitalized at least once since then, due to the heat in the carelessness they have provided. It’s literally shooting every night. When she first moved in the apartment was already raggedy, they had to fix stuff not even a Week of her and my siblings being moved in . The apartment wasn’t even up to par after she waited almost 3 months just to hear back her approval status. They gave her the runaround with different numbers, but not explaining or trying to help her . They keep handling her like she was just another angry black woman .They keep telling her it’s nothing they can do and she has to pay her full rent, but who in their right mind wants to pay a full month rent when you can’t use your apartment to its full extent. Her and my siblings Had to leave multiple times to go to family members home or my home when it gets so hot that they can’t breathe. It’s no black management in a predominantly black neighborhood. That’s the number one problem. Also, the management have changed at least four times since she’s been staying here mind you she hasn’t even been here a full year. They need new management and more professional people in the office period. I’m sick of these apartments and I wish my mom never moved here.

  I am currently a residence of this property. I would not move here if I was you there are extremely slow to fix things because there’s only three Maintenance men. I just recently went the whole month of May with no air condition and they don’t care the women in the office it seemed like it’s a new pair every other week is somebody new there’s no one black in the office so they all act like they don’t care. The property is raggedy. The property is dirty. There’s not enough leasing people in the office and there’s not enough, Maintenance Men I spent the whole month of May with no air-conditioning and they will not adjust my rent for nothing. You don’t want to live here. This is not where you wanna live. Do not come to Colombia Green. Do not live here. I wish I did not give them one star I wish I could take my one star back. This is trash, property property, trash. and then it took him three months just to approve me to get in here. These are trash apartments don’t come here. I guarantee you you will regret it just like I regret it.
