DEFINITIVAMENTE ESTE ES EL LUGAR PARA COMPRAR TU MOBIL HOME NUEVA. LA CALIDAD DE LAS CASAS ES INCREIBLE, LO MAS IMPORTANTE ES QUE TE SIENTES BIEN, HABLANDO ESPAÑOL O INGLÉS, HAN HECHO TANTO ESTO QUE CUANDO TU EXPLICAS LO QUE QUIERES ELLOS LO CAPTAN ENSEGUIDA. LA PARTE DE LA FINANCIACIÓN TAMBIEN TIENEN MUCHO QUE VER, PORQUE AUNQUE MUCHO DEPENDA DEL BANCO ELLOS TE VAN GUIANDO DE LA FORMA CORRECTA PORQUE A VECES COMETEMOS ERRORES EN LA APLICACIÓN Y ESO RESULTA EN QUE NO TE APRUEBEN.. VICTOR BUENTELLO Y DIEGO MEDINA. TAMBIEN ME GUSTÓ EL TEMA DE LA INSTALACION Y LOS PERMISOS. SE ENCARGAN DE TODO TODO ESO. YA SABEN DONDE IR Y QUE HACER DE MEMORIA. YO LOS ENCONTRÉ EN TIK TOK. SINCERAMENTE MUY EFECTIVO Y FACIL EL TRABAJO CON ELLOS...

We have our own land and we decided to put a manufactured home on our property. So, someone referred us to Clayton Homes and I'm so glad they did! We got there, Omar greeted us with a smile and he's been absolutely exceptional every since. Not only did he sell us the home, but he's coordinating the clearing of the property, the permits, the utilities etc. We wanted a fence; he's helping with that. We wanted a deck; he's helping with that. We wanted concrete; he's helping with that. Not only is he helping with that, but he's like a personal advisor. He gives us the pros and cons, and then allow us to decide. Furthermore, he explains every step of the process, and makes sure that our questions are answered. Oh and have I mention my not so perfect credit...well "my very not so perfect" credit? I just gave back my truck about 2 months ago and I got financed! We closed on our home today, so now it's time to get the permits etc. I will post again on my progress. So, if you can pay rent in Houston, you can pay for a home. Clayton Homes has a variety of homes, and one of them will more than likely fit your budget. Call Clayton Homes on South Freeway and ask for Omar! We're very glad that we did!

Lizzy was amazing to work with while buying my mobile home! She made the process quick and easy, kept me informed every step of the way, and was always helpful and available to answer my questions. I truly couldn’t have done it without her. Thank you, Lizzy, for making this such a positive experience! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a mobile home.
