  I used to live here: Cortland inkwell until it changed to Caldwell, the change since January has been drastic. Inkwell used to have free parking which was one of the perks of living here. The pool area is never clean now with the Caldwell management. They switched up the entire payment app we previously used so it’s been extremely difficult for me to pay my rent and know what’s actually do. I have to call in at the first of the month to make sense of it and it still doesn’t make sense. I don’t recommend living here. I do recommend Cortland apartments but not this Caldwell management they don’t care about people they care about money and it’s evident

  There management recently changed and it’s the trashiest apartment now . I can’t imagine how the are treating residents !

  Since ive moved here it has been quiet and very peaceful the management is great and supper helful Desiree and Yvette always there when I needed always with a great attitude .

  I have lived her 2 years, and with the new management takeover has been absolutely amazing. The staff is so genuine and so helpful.Desiree and Yvette make a great team in making sure everyone is helped!!
