  The worst place I ever lived!!! A dump and should be torn down immediately!! Very old, molded, rats, bugs and loose cats and dogs everywhere!!! I move there sight unseen because of an emergency situation. DO EVEN THINK ABOUT THIS DUMP!! If I could a Zero is too good for this dump.. HORRIBLE..

  Initial review 5/19/2026: I really want to like this place, but after 3 years of living here nothing seems to change. It takes constant bothering of the front office to ever get anything fixed, and even then they’ll tell you it’s fixed when it’s not. Leaking ceiling, broken laundry machines, and very seldomly cleaned pool are among the top concerns. This time, my AC broke. They promise it was fixed, but then I come home and it’s a scorching 87 degrees in my apartment. I’m tired of the lies. Please, do yourself a favor, and look elsewhere. It’s not worth it. I am very close to reporting the landlord to the department of health and housing. EDIT 6/8/2026: So it’s funny, they respond to my review on here immediately, but don’t answer my emails, never give me a straight answer when I go to the front office, and mark the work as complete on the website when it isn’t. It really takes the life out of you. Just avoid this place. You’ve been warned. EDIT 6/19/2026: Finally today, a maintenance worker came and replaced the entire AC unit. However, I am still not happy with the people who work in the front office. It seems the only way anything gets done is if you talk to the maintenance people or the manager directly. They are nice and seem to actually want to fix the problem.

  DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! if you value maintenance at all, good customer service and if you don't mind your car window broken because they only give you one parking permit even if you are 2 lease holders( my pictures of the glass on the streets are not the best but there were at least 4 broken glass windows that I saw). Gates are constantly open (to not say always!) and there is so much trash by the dumpsters. I have been here only 2 months and I regret it already. I wish I would have paid attention to the reviews, but I was trying to be positive, and it backfired, yes I know, it was my fault. You will have a very difficult time here, for them to even change an air filter.
