  The girls at the front desk are very helpful getting you in but my experience has been horrible. The AC doesn't work - you have to either turn it on or off but you can't adjust the right temperature because it either gets too cold or too hot. There was one time when they broke into my mom's car and stole important documents and 2 other occasions when they broke into our cars to see what they could find. There has also been many stains on the ceiling as we live in the second floor and it looks like mold and i've already reported it to the front office but no action has been taken. There are roaches everywhere no matter how much we clean and products we use it's a never ending problem. The vent from our restroom is always leaking and they've come to fix it multiple times but it still leaks a few drops every hour. Yes the rent is affordable but it comes with many issues that can cause problems in our well being and our things since they've broken into a lot of cars.

  They don't deserve even one star. Worst place. Don't stay there. They don't show up on time for maintenance. From the time we moved in we had issues of water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom in many places. Our clothes and other things were ruined. The dirty water was always dripping on our heads. We sent them a notice to give us credit for the damages and living in dirty conditions, but they never bothered, they didn't even reply to our notice. We paid the rent timely but not worth it. When we left, they even refused to give us our deposit back. They said we didn't pay, it was waivered because the guarantor had helped us. We have proof that we paid, yet they refused to give us our deposit back. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

  Señores para este condominio no se muden yo renove mi contrato y me arrepiento desde el martes mi fregadero esta liquiando y hoy es viernes y hasta la hora que no me solucionado el problema aparte que los disparos aqui ya son como fuegos artificiales este lugar ya no es seguro para nadie es un asco

  Jennifer Bobadilla was incredibly helpful!! I originally went in just looking for an update on my application, and she immediately stepped in and took care of everything from there. She is always easy to reach, responsive, and has made moving feel way less stressful. I really appreciate her kindness and support!!
