  This is the worst apartment in Houston Texas , I will not advice any human to live in this apartment , I live in this apartment for good 5 years pay my rent every 1st day of the months never being late for rent , I always travel for work when I came back August 1 I put my notice in , that I will be vacating the apartment to a new house , the lady told me I have to put in 60days notice that I can’t leave September 3 which is the original date my lease expire that is going to be counted has breaking of lease , that I have to do months to month for September , has a gently man I say well I will do that just to leave the apartment in peace , when September rent came. This crazy apartment hit me with $2,536.11 an my monthly rent is $1,531.41, the management is super money hungry an No manners I explain to the corporate that the lady never show me no figure or tell me figure that I will be paying , in my head I thoughts is going to be few dollars so that my renter history is not going to be destroy by them that is why I agree to stay another months , I already have a new house which I have paid for which I explain to the manger but because she is money hungry she never listen even corporate never do nothing about the issue , I have to come up with the money that I don’t have , if I don’t pay is going to mess up my renter history . September 3 I pay $2,546.06, I move out September 26, I do the cleaning of the apartment 28 an 29 , I turn in the keys 30th. October 1st I check the payment portal this apartment hit me with another $350.72 , this time we have to settle by law

  Lived there for 3 years . A/C always broke , Experience mold in my bedroom closet due to the leak in AC , gate always broken, package room a mess & can only be opened during business hours so you’re out of luck on Sundays . Staff barely answers the phone and the trash is ALWAYS overflowing . Pool closed a-lot . Im so happy my lease is up in a week . Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere !!!

  They don't repair what's broken in time were too 50 ac units can be fixed so I. tired of putting in maintenance requests and nothing happens.

  Dear Property Management/Corporate Office, My name is Chidinma obi. I lived at Artisan Apartments for over three years and moved out in 2023. During my entire residency, I never owed the property any outstanding balance. When I gave notice to move out and stayed an additional three or four days, I was charged over $400, which I paid. To my surprise, I recently checked Credit Karma and discovered a $150 collection account associated with this property. I do not understand the basis for this charge, as I was never informed that I had an outstanding balance. I even returned to the property in 2024 and was approved and offered another apartment, although I ultimately chose not to move in because I found another place. I am respectfully requesting that management review my account, provide documentation explaining this $150 charge, and, if it was reported in error, immediately contact the collection agency and credit bureaus to have it removed from my record. Please address this matter as soon as possible. I would appreciate written confirmation once it has been resolved. Thank you, Chidinma obi
