- IIIzyMay 9, 20265.0I moved in not too long ago, and my experience so far has been very pleasant. The manager is highly professional, and her communication has been excellent. My move-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The maintenance staff, Lucky, has been very responsive to work orders and gets the job done efficiently. He made sure my concerns were addressed and that the work was completed in a timely manner.He is very and professional in what he does. This is truly a place I am glad I moved into. Thank you to the entire team!

However, we have a new property manager by the name of Hernando and I am so disappointed with his way of handling things. There are days he in a good mood and some days he is rude and not friendly. If you ask him questions, he is quick to tell you I don't know, I just go in, I am new here and etc." He never has a response for anything. When you mention he is not helping, the attitude comes out, the madness is so noticeable. He he has not helped with me with an ongoing issue I am going through and seems not to care about it. Since he became our property manager, things has not been the same. Hate to feel this way and can' wait to leave.
