- IIIzyMay 9, 20265.0I moved in not too long ago, and my experience so far has been very pleasant. The manager is highly professional, and her communication has been excellent. My move-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The maintenance staff, Lucky, has been very responsive to work orders and gets the job done efficiently. He made sure my concerns were addressed and that the work was completed in a timely manner.He is very and professional in what he does. This is truly a place I am glad I moved into. Thank you to the entire team!

The maintenance guy lucky is the most unreliable person I have ever seen. I know for sure the response will be “we couldn’t locate you in our system” your garage door will always be open cuz they give out wrong garage controller to people. Lucky the maintenance guy will take three months to complete a maintenance job.

We cleaned and had them replace the fridge. We had no other issues. As far as professionalism, Vanessa is semi professional. Sometimes she is amazing and others *(when you have an issue she needs to fix) she is rude and aggressive. She lies, and does not just get the job done.
