  DO NOT MOVE HERE. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. I signed my lease September 11th 2026 and I had no idea what I was walking into. Brittany facilitated my move. Everything about my move has been a NIGHTMARE. It’s only been a couple of days. I’ve been ready to terminate my lease from day 1. I asked the property before August ended to view the EXACT UNIT I WOULD BE MOVING INTO. Mirah told me it was occupied at the moment and promised me that everything would be in tip top shape. Initially I was shown a unit that I would not be moving into, of course. It was very nice when I viewed it by phone so it made me interested in the property plus the reviews were decent. MY 1st APARTMENT WAS ROACH INFESTED!!!!! THE WASHER WAS NASTY AND FULL OF DIRTY WATER!!!!! I move into another apartment due to the roach infestation. Which they should have moved me into IN THE FIRST PLACE ! When I moved it, the key wasn’t allowing me to lock the door, I had somewhere to be at a certain time. I waited 2 hours for someone to come reset the door so I was able to lock it, which should have been done PRIOR TO MOVE IN. I went into the leasing office to inform them that I’m still moving my things and I would need more time because they initially gave me three days to move from the roach infested unit into the new unit. I go to the unit to move the rest of my things and now I’m locked out of the roach infested unit an entire weekend; where my clothes and pillows are, which can easily get infested. THEY HAD NO URGENCY ! Not to mention, no one ever answers the phone during business hours. The only way to get any service or assistance is to walk in. I walked in a few days ago and there are 2 leasing agents in and the phone is ringing off the hook and no one is answering it. Just letting it ring. WHICH IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Lastly, I was told to sign a new lease since I moved to another unit. However, the agreement and the numbers were WRONG. My base rent was a different price than what we agreed up and also the deposit was different than what was agreed upon. DO NOT LET THEM MOVE YOU INTO UNIT 0836. PLUS IT STINKS IN THE UNIT. PICTURES ARE ATTACHED TO THIS REVIEW!!!!!!! I wish I could attach the smell. I use to work in the apartment/leasing industry. This should not have been my experience.

  I never leave bad reviews… but my experience has been ridiculous trying to get my security deposit back after my move out. I moved out last December and have been trying to get my security deposit back since then. It’s now August of the next year. I finally got them to make a new check because previous checks (yes plural) kept getting “lost in the mail” even though I sent my new address a few times. Many phone calls and emails went unanswered about this. I came in person to pick up the new check, since I couldn’t trust them to mail it, and it’s hundreds of dollars short for various charges made against me with no evidence. They claimed they needed to remove trash from the apartment when I know I left the apartment clean. They have no evidence or proof of this. At this point it feels like it’s intentional.

  Grant was the leasing agent that gave me a tour of the property; he was excellent! He was hilarious and informative. I had a great time while I was there.
