  The experience with Vesta Corporation and 55 Fifty at Northwest Crossing has been very disappointing. Resident accounts locked based on allegations that were never properly investigated, making it difficult to pay rent through the normal system Vehicle was broken into on the property, and concerns were dismissed by management.The Property Manager Amanda Smith seems to think that she owns the property, is rude and has no customer service at all unless its to do with Money. Vesta Cooperation allows this to go on yet all reviews have been the same complaint. I would not recommend this property based on my experience

  10 REASONS NOT TO LIVE HERE! 1. Apartment unit we live in has had GNATS FOR MONTHS. All they do is send out pest control. Problem never got solved! 2. Dog poop everywhere on the grass! It’s disgusting. 3. Hallways are always dirty!!! Dirt, bugs, and hair are always visible. 4. Cars broken into + tires being stolen. 5. Dumpster divers are seen roaming around looking through the trash cans. 6. Gym equipment doesn’t get fixed. Treadmill one + elliptical one has been out of service for a year & their yoga mats are all torn! 7. Trash bins get filled fast! Hence flies and gnats everywhere! You’d think they would have trash valet being so expensive to live here. 8. ROAD NOISE. Don’t not get a unit that is next to the street. You will hear every car/truck and semi truck passing through. It’s so bad. 9. Smokers! The whole complex says no smoking but no one listens. Blunts + cigarettes on the floor. 10. Maintenance takes days to respond to work orders. It’s ridiculous. 2 stars are given only because the inside is modern living.

  Very weird, they need a physical social security card not only the number which I’ve never had to do that before. They had me pay an application fee , after I paid it they ghosted me, mind you I am pregnant (they know this) and need to move in 2 weeks . I have perfect renting history so I am assuming they’re just scamming for the $100 fee and commission. Also , they definitely paid or gave away things to tenants that write a 5 star review to make them look better because there is a bunch all at the same time :) IYKYK. I disputed all of my charges.
