I’ve lived at this property going on 3 years and the staff and neighbors are very friendly. I would like to welcome Lynetta Lyndsey, our new property manager to the community! She has stepped in and started making additional improvements and that shows the type of leadership we need to keep our property beautiful and safe!!

I've lived here for about 5 years. The property has new owners now and they have raised the rent for everyone between $300-$500 a month. I came home one day with a note stuck to my door about the increase. These apartments may look newer now, but they just painted over the old stuff to make it look new. They replaced some roof panels, but everything else was just powerwashed and painted. No offense, but these apartments are not worth $1350 a month.

Royalton Village Properties has been a great place to stay! The manger Kurt is simply amazing and handles things in a timely fashion. The maintenance staff are also great and friendly. I would definitely recommend these properties to anyone for a place to stay!
