  We have loved living here! It is a great apartment in a wonderful area. It is close to a lot of great food places as well as Baylor University. Management is spectacular. Carissa has helped us ever since we started looking at living here and she’s continued to be great! The complex has awesome amenities for a great price.

  New apartments, modern, very nice and spacious extremely well kept, everything from the poo to the gym is amazing, the staff and wonderful as well

  New Era Apartments has been a fantastic place to live! The apartments are brand new, so more modern feeling and very clean. Tons of covered parking, a storage unit on site, and the area is gated. We’ve used the gym and pickleball court a ton. Also, Carissa is so nice! We moved in from out of state and she was super helpful through the lease and move in process, and she’s quick to respond to any questions or maintenance needs. Nothing but positives! I’d definitely recommend living here.
