Carissa is so sweet, she really is and this review is not to down anyone or any business. However, trash is everywhere outside, the grounds stay dirty. Trash cans stay with trash on both sides on the grounds etc. The parking is horrible, its broken down cars and people working on their cars and they just sit in spots for long periods time and its not a place to park. Paying 1650 for luxury apartments but it’s not giving luxury. Front office need to crack down on this and not just allow everyone an apartment. It’s getting trasher and trasher by the day. People let their dogs use the restroom everywhere besides the dog park. People that do not stay here come and dump trash plus swim. People are letting people in the gym that do not stay here. Its has to he more done and Carriassa may need help keeping this all together. Gates also stay broken that helps keep others out that do not stay here. Car below has been there for weeks without running or moving. Can we please clear spots like this, paying over $1600 and can’t park because of cars like this is ridiculous

We have loved living here! It is a great apartment in a wonderful area. It is close to a lot of great food places as well as Baylor University. Management is spectacular. Carissa has helped us ever since we started looking at living here and she’s continued to be great! The complex has awesome amenities for a great price.
