  Great decision Buy and live in Elizabeth Creek. Even with the pending issues, my family and I are sure that the acquisition was successful. Points in favor: 1. Skylar's attention was excellent from the first moment, even with the language barriers (My English is still basic) 2. The quality of the construction of the house, with the support of the Centex Guarantee, where high quality is appreciated, unlike other explored construction companies. 3. The Community, although with few housing units, gives the sensation of an exclusive and upscale neighborhood. 4. The location is privileged, having the 114 highway a few feet away. Communications with the builders, as well as the customer service staff are very good and the attention to detail is very fast. Points against: 1. The building lacks leisure and recreation areas, if you are one of the people who likes to walk through the areas of your urbanization or home, then this is not your place to live. They also did not make a park for pets, walkways, swimming pool, playground ..... nothing. Only good houses. 2. HOA almost non-existent, we only know of its presence at the end of each quarter for payment, excessive payment that does not support anything, since not only do we not have entertainment or recreational areas in common, but you can also observe some neighbors who do not care your lawn, as well as those that correspond to the common area. Mailboxes isolated from everything and without lighting. Neighbors blocking sidewalks with vehicles that exceed their parking space... in short, the HOA's performance could be described as terrible 3. Street cleaning leaves much to be desired, understanding that there are still some units under construction, even so, streets that are already complete with a lot of dirt are observed. 4. The scarce or non-existent presence of a commercial area in nearby areas, and although we seem isolated from everything, I would not hesitate and I hope so, that soon and with the current population growth, we will soon have large businesses as close as possible.

  I have had nothing but good experiences when dealing with Centex at Elizabeth Creek. It is a quiet, safe neighborhood and my house, while not the largest, is perfect for me!
