There ppl swimming when we visited so that’s a positive sign. Extras: $40/month for covered parking and $120/month if you want the garage storage unit. $50 for the 4x6 ft tiny storage unit. Requires renter insurance ($15/month) or bring your own. Price is higher than the avg $895/month for a one bedroom (3 bedroom is closer to $1455). Overall, looks good.
- MGMicheal GarzaApr 2, 20261.0Do not recommend, my A/C went out at night it was 87 in the apartment, said they couldn’t go fix it bc it was after hours which is insane so I had to sleep in the hot after working in the hot! also price is not worth how small a one bedroom is $1,000 there are some other good apartments that are two bed bigger and more modern no carpet for $900. Moved out they’re not worth it!
