  We just moved our oldest son into the Reata, and it's been a great experience already. Miss Josie is incredibly helpful and kind; Saul & Joe in maintenance worked so hard and were so personable!!

  The maintenance men are responsive to requests. They are also very nice people and are always willing to listen and help. The onsite management is very approachable and care about making sure things are taken care of and are very understanding when issues arise.

  It’s a solid place. It was the closest apartment complex to the grad school/hospital. It was recommended by my niece’s aunt who had a physician resident stay here years ago. It was the more expensive place at $999/month. It was comparable to all other apartment complexes ($729-779 and $899) so I wouldn’t choose it based on price. I will say that this place had the most vehicles featuring a Lexus and TSLA (out of the 5 apartment complexes we saw). Meaning? The residents are more white collar than blue collar (it does not mean better or worse but higher income). No place is perfect so if you see a 1 star, that’s laughable. Me? 4 star.

  I love living at Reata, especially since Belinda has come on board! She and the whole crew are welcoming and friendly. She even throws appreciation parties/events for residents! Also, any maintainence issues are addressed quickly. I love living in a community that appreciates my business! So much so, that I just signed on for my 4th year. Highly recommend!
