  Carla is a very incompetent and to top it off rude manager for no reason. After a year of living there i never ever was late on rent. I decided to renew lease for 1 more year. The first month on my new lease i was unable to pay rent online. I brought to her attention on the first the second and the 3rd. On the 3rd i went down in person and showed them what payment center was saying. Her response was nobody else is having trouble. Just get a money order and bring it in. Unfortunately i had kids bday and vet bill to pay that month and was $50 short of making full amount money order. So i tried to pay again it keep saying call # for assistance on the 4th gave me same message. Carla asked for screenshots then send it to email. I did this EVERYSINGLEDAY untill the 18th!!! She calls with atitude demanding i pay rent or face eviction. I told her i never had problems paying rent online the prior year i think this has something to do with me renewing my lease. 10min later she calls me back asking for me to try again. What do you know it worked!!! I guess she felt some type of way me telling her how to do her job. Ever since then major atitude and annoyed tone in her voice everytime i talk to her. The younger Maintenance guys are highly disrespectful. They walk around like dont look at me dont ask me question dont say hi or goodmorning to me just here for a paycheck. Marks work orders complete when they never even been in apt. Make excuses not to come when dogs are home and mark resident not home with loose dogs in apt. When i was home all day with no knock on door. I explain in work orders i dont have cages so please call ahead if time so i can handle dogs. Very incompetent lazy and rude staff. Older maintenance guys are cool and good! The rest of them are trash. Oh yea when i first moved in gisselle tried to tell me they dont do move ins on Saturday when i was there friday signing all papers to move in. Didnt pick up jey because i didnt want to loose it. All ready to move in uhaul truck parked outside with all earthly possessions and she tells me i have to wait till monday. LAZY AND INCOMPETENT AND RUDE FOR NO REASON!!

  Residents lookout for each other and they’re quiet. This is one of the quietest apartments I’ve ever lived at. Pools are clean year-round. The maintenance & front office people have always been helpful & respectful. Rent is affordable & you’re a quick drive to just about anything in Fort Worth. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in the area!

  Jon really helped us out on Saturday. It was hot and our AC died! Called emergency maintenance and he was here in about 10m. Got the situation fixed and we were able to sleep comfortably! Thank you Jon!!

  Roach infested!!!! Lived there just a few months and they want me to pay for all new flooring. Stay away from this place police are frequent visitors.
