- MMmudJul 11, 20265.0Residents lookout for each other and they’re quiet. This is one of the quietest apartments I’ve ever lived at. Pools are clean year-round. The maintenance & front office people have always been helpful & respectful. Rent is affordable & you’re a quick drive to just about anything in Fort Worth. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in the area!
- SSSarahJun 4, 20265.0Jon really helped us out on Saturday. It was hot and our AC died! Called emergency maintenance and he was here in about 10m. Got the situation fixed and we were able to sleep comfortably! Thank you Jon!!

- KKKeighleyMar 30, 20261.0I don’t recommend living here!! I’ve had numerous problems from roaches to leaking problems. The staff here is terrible and all they do is gripe about money. I had gotten a 800$ fine ontop of my rent which made no sense ,UNTIL I read further reviews. Acacia and Karla are money hungry people that can’t afford to fix their problems , so they try to get money out of you before fixing the said problem.
