  I’ve been staying here for a year now and I have 0 complaints. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I had a few issues before moving in and they made sure to address my concerns very quickly. I would definitely recommend moving here if you are looking for the best make sure to ask for Angel!

  This is a really nice place for the price. I've been here for about two years now and any issues I have the maintenance team is there on the spot. Ive had my heater break in the late PM in the winter and they fixed it within 10 minutes of me calling. There used to be a stray cat issue, but I have not seen many cats in the past 6 months or so. The cats werent really an issue to be honest, I thought they were the contributors to me never seeing any sort of mouse or rodent in my apartment. Ive never had parking issues, but I have had a friend/neighbor complain about parking availability, so I can only conclude that parking may be trouble depending on where your apartment is located in the complex. Paying for rent with checks and money orders only used to be a hassle, because of the conflict with my work hours and the apartment's office hours. They have finally added a way to pay rent online and that has been a much more convenient experience for me. My only complaint with that is that I have received a notice once or twice for not paying rent for the month where I have paid online, a quick call to the office fixed the misunderstanding on both occasions, but they could be a bit better at utilizing their online tool themselves. I have not had an issue with any of the neighbors and for the most part folks keep to themselves. Kids and families tend to occupy and play at the tennis court lot between 12-6, the walls are pretty thick here so I can hardly hear anyone out there at times. I also don't have any issues with hearing any neighbors within the walls. The Complex is pretty old, so there are times where there needs to be maintenance done that would require the water to be turned off for a few hours, but this is something that is pretty rare. If you're looking for a place to hold you down temporarily until you find something long term, then you will be satisfied with the complex.
