  The pool is literally never open even though my husband will go ask and they said they will open it tomorrow, the grounds are trashy, the dog park needs serious work and they also never answer the phones. When you do go into the office no one can be found. We will be moving out As soon as our lease is up

  The pool is not open when they said it would be and they never answer the phones once you sign a lease with them. The dog park is needs some attention and the residents never put their trash bags in the dumpster for some reason they just put it next to the dumpster and it looks trashy

  Dog poop literally everywhere. Oh and when it rains, there's mud everywhere and you can't tell what is mud or what is dog poop. There are doggie poops stations but only a couple of them are actually maintained. The one closest to my unit has been out of bags for over a month and people have been shoving regular trash in it so it's overflowing and has been for a while. Dead squirrel caught in the sprinkler head has been there for two weeks. It's slowly just decomposing with the rain and the heat. Parking is HORRIBLE. They'll tell you you're gonna have three parking spots when you move in but they aren't assigned (unless you're willing to spend $45 for a covered spot.) so chances of you getting a spot next to your unit after work are slim. $75 a month for TRASH. Oh and valet trash starts and stops randomly but they'll still charge you for it. My favorite is when valet trash hasn't been by in weeks and they send out a notice that valet trash won't be by for a holiday. It's sad because the unit itself isn't awful. Except the AC, the ac doesn't reach both bedrooms so the air pressure in the second bedroom is awful and you can't even feel the ac. If you want to live in a complex that's quiet where you can just pay rent and be left alone, this is not the place. Every other month there is some kind of apartment inspection where they say they need in all the units but won't tell you when. In my 15 years of apartment living, I've NEVER had a complex need in my unit so much. Mailboxes are constantly broken so you're mail is exposed. Update: our mail was stolen and someone took a new card. Kids use the street to play and have absolutely no self awareness when cars are around. Super dangerous. So many bugs. Ants coming in from the window, the roaches are increasing slowly. Put in a maintenance request for a new weather stripping on our front door when we first moved in, and instead of replacing it, they just trimmed off the broken pieces so there's a gap under our door where more bugs and ants come in and we can see the sun shine through.

  My jeep has been repeatedly vandalized each having a police report. I have also talked to the office all three times with them and nothing has been done. The police agreeing it is one apartment. But since there are no cameras they cant single the person out. With the office doing nothing the forum apartment complex is neglecting my safety and my family’s safety

  I went to look at an apartment today , the lady that showed me the apartment was walking so fast she left me and my kids to have to walk and look for her. Her attitude was like she didn’t want to be at work. I’m thinking about filing a housing complaint, because that is unacceptable.
