  This is probably the worst apartment tour experience I’ve had. Mind you the application fees are $50 a applicate…. So we got invited to an apartment tour by India and she told us specifically that it didn’t matter if we had bad credit because her and her manager would find a way to get us into a apartment. So we go and we apply / pay $50 dollars each. Then it comes back that we are not accepted due to our credit. We call her (India) and we ask like why aren’t we accepted or if there’s a way for us to get accepted and she’s all like “umm I’m not sure, it’s because your credit.” Mind you this lady India told us that we did not need good credit in order to get accepted. DO NOT APPLY FOR THESE APARTMENTS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PERFECT CREDIT THESE APARTMENTS ARE FULL OF SCAMS AND FULL OF FRAUDS THIS WAS ALL APART OF THEIR TRICK TO GET A QUICK $100 because IF YOU VIEW THE APARTMENTS ITS NOT ALL OF THAT ITS JUST BALONEY SLAPPED ON BREAD WITH MUSTARD!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!

  Lo que más valoro de Parkway Villas es el equipo humano. Cada vez que he tenido un pequeño problema de mantenimiento, lo han resuelto en menos de 24 horas. La administración es muy amable y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar. Es difícil encontrar un lugar donde te sientas tan bien atendido. Si buscas un sitio profesional y bien cuidado, este es el lugar. #LoveLivingAtParkway

  I've lived here for going on 3 years now. I love all my neighbors they are so friendly. Its very quiet here, the kids are safe to play outside. Its very well kept the maintenance crew does a great job of keeping everything very clean. The manager Azalie is the sweetest! She is very efficient when it comes to fixing any issues that have needed to be addressed in my apartment. They always have community events to keep us all together. I highly recommend Parkway Villas for your new home. #LoveLivingAtParkway

  The move in process was so quick & easy! A great community, full of kids playing outside & real community feel. The maintenance team goes above & beyond. My oven was malfunctioning right before Thanksgiving & they put it work to make sure i was able to cook for my babies for the holidays! Really just family feeling all around. #LoveLivingAtParkwayVillas
