  White, male manager was EXTREMELY rude. I was dropping off a grocery order and ACCIDENTALLY went through the exit gate because that is the way maps sent me. He rudely yelled that he would trespass me if I did it again. Being that we’re all adults I’m confused as to who he was talking to? Because I responded the police were called on me and apparently “being rude is not a crime”. The apartments may be nice but the management is RUDE!!! it was a complete accident and had he came at me correctly, I would have simply apologized. You don’t talk to anyone like they’re beneath you, I don’t care who you are or who you work for. As I was leaving, there was a gold box car entering through the exit gate and he didn’t say ANYTHING to them

  I had an amazing experience working with Precious, and I can confidently say she is one of the best that I’ve came across. From the moment I walked in, she had such a welcoming presence that immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Precious is extremely professional in every sense, she communicates clearly, stays organized, and carries herself with confidence. What really stood out to me is that she genuinely knows what she’s doing. She was able to answer all my questions without hesitation and made the entire process smooth and stress free. It’s rare to find someone who balances professionalism with such a warm, approachable attitude, but Precious does it effortlessly. You can tell she truly cares about helping people I would highly recommend anyone visiting the apartment to ask for Precious, you’ll be in great hands. take it from someone who usually leaves bad reviews lol.

  Hey! I toured this apartment recently and had a really good experience. Precious at the front desk was super friendly and helpful—she answered all my questions and made everything feel really easy and low-stress. The tour itself was smooth and well put together, and she did a great job pointing out all the key features without it feeling rushed. Honestly, what stood out most was just how welcoming she was. It didn’t feel salesy at all, just genuinely helpful.

  Living here has been a really positive experience, largely because of the people who run the place. Adrianna, Precious, Robin, and Tyra have all been amazing always friendly, quick to respond, and willing to help with anything that comes up. You can tell they actually care about the residents, and that kind of environment is hard to find. Definitely grateful for everything they do. Plus the new additions added in have been great!

  Precious and Tyra are absolutely amazing! From start to finish, they provide top-tier customer service and will make the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. They are both professional, friendly, and always willing to answer any questions you may have. You can tell they truly care about helping people find the right home.
