  Ty definitely made this one of the best touring experiences by far! Super informative, easy to talk to, and understanding (we brought our kids). The entire interaction never felt pushy which I liked and her energy was great! Thank you Ty! 🫶🏻

  Veronica was absolutely amazing in helping our son get into his apartment! She made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable from start to finish. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went perfectly.   Have been looking for apartments in the area, creekside was one of the complexes that I visited. I was very impressed with Veronica. She was very knowledgeable very welcome in and even made sure that I would be sick and the area fit my family's needs. Definitely made the process much easier of the three places I've checked today creekside by far with Veronica's help was absolutely the best fit for me.

  Veronica and Ty were amazing helping with the process and made me feel really welcomed from the first moment I walked in to view the property. I can't wait to move in on yhe 18th and be a part of the community thank you both so much for all you do definitely recommend this property to lease.

  I moved into Creekside Apartments at Grand Prairie last June, and from the very beginning I fell in love with the property. The grounds are beautiful, the amenities are top tier, and what truly sold me on my unit was the large corner unit patio space that makes apartment living feel much more like home. What has really made my experience exceptional, though, is the staff. The team at Creekside has been professional, welcoming, and attentive from day one. Anytime I have had a need or concern, it has always been addressed promptly and professionally. I especially want to recognize Linda Claiborne, who has truly been the difference maker in my experience here. Linda consistently shows genuine care and concern for the residents and has gone above and beyond to make sure my needs are met in a timely fashion. She is a true advocate for the people who live here, and her commitment to resident satisfaction does not go unnoticed. With my lease renewal approaching, Linda has also made it clear that keeping me as a tenant is important to the Creekside team. That level of service, communication, and appreciation means a great deal and is something you do not often find anymore. It is rare to find a property that combines beautiful living spaces with a management team that genuinely cares, but Creekside Apartments at Grand Prairie has absolutely done that for me. I am thankful for Linda and the entire Creekside staff for making this feel like home.
