There was quite a bit of confusion at the beginning of my process, but once she stepped in, she truly went above and beyond to help me. She did exactly what she said she would do, and when she told me she would call me back, she actually called me back when she said she would. That means a lot, especially when you're already dealing with a confusing or stressful process. Her customer service is absolutely top tier. She was professional, dependable, patient, and made me feel like my concerns actually mattered. I was genuinely impressed by the way she handled everything. I am extremely thankful and appreciative of all her help. Ms. Yoahana is an excellent example of what great customer service should look like. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for me!

  I don't care what y'all said about Ty being rude or disrespectful, cause I don't see it, she's probably one of the realest apartment agents on the block, she answered all of our questions, gave all the details how it is, and made our tour experience laughable and welcoming The facilities are well kept, clean with active maintenance staff, and located far enough from the highway where the community is not drowning in the sound of passing traffic, but not too far away to be removed from any shops, restaurants, malls, interstates, etc... Its an excellent location, and a comfortable community~

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Creekside Apartments deserves five stars! Linda Claiborne, the property manager, is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the community. She is by far the best property manager I’ve ever worked with. Her excellent communication and dedication make every experience positive. I highly recommend Creekside Apartments!

  I am not one to normally leave apartment reviews without living there because I feel it takes away from the tenants reviews but this one is well worth it. Ty in the office is incredible! She welcomed me with such genuine warmness and that’s hard to find. The property tour was incredible as it’s beautiful! The apartments look incredibly peaceful and modern. I am seriously considering leasing here! Thank you Ty!

  My husband and I love living in this apartment!! Besides being incredibly well-organized, the staff are wonderful and so helpful!! Especially Ty (my dear friend, as I affectionately call her 😊)—she is simply sensational, wonderful, and amazing!! She helped us from the moment we arrived to rent the apartment; she is always so helpful, takes care of everything—absolutely anything you need—and always has a smile on her face. 🤗 Ty goes above and beyond to help you.
