  Ty provided outstanding customer service! She was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me helpful information about the apartments and the leasing process and especially a list of fwhs that except vouchers sHe made me feel welcome and never rushed tru phone service I truly appreciate her patience and excellent communication. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you, I highly recommend asking for Ty at Creek Apartments!

  The only reason I am giving this place a 5 star is strictly only because of the customer service I received from the front office lady Ty. Other than that I would give this place a 1 star. I moved in the March of 2026 and I absolutely hate this place. I really wish I could be let out my lease due to all the issue I’ve dealt with here. I work soooo hard to and pay just about $2000 to having to deal with repeated maintenance issues and pest. So many spider so many issues. Always loud, not peace and quiet. And through it all Ty has been trying to rectify my issues, and I understand it’s only so much she can do so I truly appreciate her for sure. BUT…. No definitely a bad decision on my end that I wish I could undo.

  I visited Creekside Apartments in Grand Prairie to inquire about leasing an apartment, but my experience left me very disappointed. The leasing agent, Ty,came across as unprofessional, which gave me a negative first impression. During my visit, I was told that many of the property’s amenities are frequently unavailable, with some being locked and the pool reportedly not being kept clean. I also heard concerns that the use of amenities, such as the barbecue area near the pool, is not applied consistently and that some residents are treated differently than others. If true, that would be very concerning. In addition, I was informed about reports of a rodent problem on the property. Based on the overall experience and the concerns I encountered during my visit, I decided not to move forward with leasing an apartment at Creekside Apartments.

  Maintenance sucks. Manager sucks. They never respond to my emails. Maintenance never responds to my requests. Ty is the absolute worst. All the reviews today on google of hers are fake! 😂 She felt like she had to put those on there after her 2 1 star reviews yesterday! Worst apartment staff ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Manager has no kindness at all within her. Doesn’t care about the property, the residents, nothing. Just herself. I’ve never had a nice encounter with her and all she does is threatens people’s lease.

  I would not recommend these apartments based on what my family and I have experienced. In my opinion, the staff pick and choose who they enforce the rules against. It feels like some residents are allowed to get away with things that others would be penalized for. There are frequent parties, loud noise, and people coming and going late into the night at one employee’s apartment, yet nothing seems to be done about it. Many residents seem afraid to speak up because they believe there could be retaliation or that their concerns won’t be taken seriously. I am 18 years old, and I had a very upsetting experience at the pool. I was questioned about being there with my sister, who is eight months pregnant and was walking a little behind me. An employee approached me, demanded to see my ID, and spoke to me in what I felt was a very rude and aggressive manner. She then began yelling at my pregnant sister as well. The interaction made me genuinely fear for my sister’s well-being and the safety of her unborn baby because of how intense the situation became. I have video recordings of this incident. Another issue is the condition of the property. The dumpster area is often dirty, and when my sister and I take walks, we avoid the path near the back because there are roaches throughout the area. The most heartbreaking part is that my sister, who has always tried to follow the rules and has been a respectful resident, is now facing the loss of her home just weeks before welcoming her baby. She believes this happened because of false accusations, and she has been left feeling unheard. I sincerely hope corporate reviews this situation and contacts my sister to conduct a fair investigation. Residents deserve to be treated respectfully, consistently, and without fear of unfair treatment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend living here, and if I could give zero stars, I would.
