  If you need somewhere to live for $1,000 and don’t mind roaches no problem at home canyon grove is the place to call home. Need a pool? Try again next year. Want mold smell on your clothes always? The place to be! Having a gas leak and need emergency maintenance? Better off staying in hotel for the night. I’ve threatened to sue for false advertising for the beautiful pool picture and was offered $300 and pool was open for maybe 2 months in 13 months living there :-)

  A todas las personas que quieran rentarse en este condominio le informo que tienen pésima atención con los clientes también una vez que finaliza su contrato lo más probable que no le regresen su depósito en una año que estuve hay nunca falle a un pago y dejé el apartamento tal y como lo recibí ya llevo 6 meses que no estoy hay siempre que llamo dicen que para el próximo mes me envían el cheque también estuve una semana viviendo con parte del techo caído respirando todo el polvo y fibra de vidrio. Gracias

  I wouldn’t have even put a star for these apartments they suck big time the pool is just to fool you to move in it’s never open it’s not clean at all the office people are lazy and lie to you they just cheat you out your money and don’t care about there apartments bad maintenance I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to nobody they tow your car just to get $$$ out of it DONT MOVE IN TO THESE read rates!!!

  I dont do reviews, ever. My experience living here over the past 2 years have been miserable. The AC doesn't work in apt 8. When you complain about it they just say its an old AC unit. Its literally 90⁰ in my apartment right now and only portable AC's are saving me. They charge for pest control for some reason. When I moved in there was over 100 roaches the only reason they are gone is because I chemical bomb my place every month. They charge $40 for vallet trash. No one ever picks it up. I will be ending my lease soon and leaving all garbage at the front office since they want to charge me for things they dont do. Do not move here unless you want to drive yourself insane realizing you could have gotten better for cheaper.

  ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ The community is very quiet, which is one of the things I appreciate most about living here. The maintenance staff is always friendly, respectful, and helpful when they are able to assist. However, there have been several ongoing issues that have made living here frustrating. The biggest concern is the frequent water shutoffs. Over the past several months, the water has been shut off at least once a week, and sometimes multiple times within the same week. Residents often receive emails stating that the interruption will only last an hour or two, but it frequently ends up lasting much longer. Going several hours without water on such a regular basis is extremely inconvenient, especially for families with young children. Gas service has also been interrupted on occasion, although not nearly as often as the water. While occasional maintenance is understandable, the repeated utility disruptions have become an ongoing inconvenience for residents. Another concern is the pool. Management announced that it was open, but it only remained open for about two or three days before being closed again. It was later reopened, only to be shut down once more for what were described as minor repairs. As of today, it still has not reopened, and it has been nearly two weeks since it was closed again. It is frustrating to see an advertised amenity unavailable for extended periods of time, especially during the summer months. The maintenance team itself is professional and courteous, but maintenance requests often take much longer than expected to be completed. The staff does their best, but there appears to be a lack of urgency when it comes to resolving residents’ concerns and completing repairs in a timely manner. Only positive reviews seem to receive a response, while reviews with lower ratings are ignored instead of being used as an opportunity to improve the community. It has also been over a month since the lawn was last mowed. The grass has become very overgrown, and there are ant hills throughout the property that are difficult to see, creating a safety concern for residents and children. In addition, many of the exterior lights around the buildings are not working, making certain areas poorly lit at night and giving the property a neglected appearance. This community has a lot of potential because it is peaceful and the staff is kind, but management needs to improve communication, provide more accurate timelines for utility interruptions, address repairs more efficiently, and ensure that community amenities remain available for residents to enjoy.
