    The assistant mgr Ayannna was the best! Super helpful in getting me approved for my apt despite sm minor road bumps. Was very diligent in trying to get me on the 1st floor up until my scheduled move in date. Ultimately ended up having to tk 2nd floor, but she was super communitive with me every step of the way. 10/10 service! 🙌🏾

    Don't believe the 5 start rating review Its all created by the office or corporate.. not the worst apartments in the city . But definitely the worst in the area. Maintenance sucks Office sucks Everything about this complex its a joke. Please dont come here , love yourself

    Ayanna is the best in the leasing office I’ve ever dealt with. Such great help, resourceful, professional and represent well for Canyon Grove and future residents. I’d advise any moving here to ask for Ayanna
