  It’s always something on rent day the way you pay rent online sucks nd makes it hard water always off charge us for ppl to pick up trash when they barley do that I can take my own trash that’s an extra 40$ double charge on water and gas and I don’t need yall WiFi you charge and extra 75$ for that I can get my own so rent says 750 but u really paying almost 1000 an month for the smallest place and ac always messing up smh find a better place it looks good when you trying to get an spot but this place really sucks

  Antes de planear mudarse a estos apartamentos, piénsenlo bien tengo 30 días que me mudé a este lugar. Y estoy arrepentida totalmente no funciona el aire central duermo a 100 grados ., voy a la oficina y mandan a personas que solo vienen a revisarlo y no resuelven nada., el bill salió elevado por mantener el aire encendido 24/7 y ni aun así funciona 😡😡😡😡no vengan a este lugar 😒😒😒

  Nunca vengan a rentar aqui por favor., me mudé ase unos días el aire central pasa encendido 24/7 no sirve y esta gastando energía vinieron a poner un pedazo de metal en la puerta dicen que con eso alcanzará a helar todo el apartamento 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ no vengan aquí por favor en la officina cuando vienes a aplicar te atienden bien ., luego cuando vas por algún problema te ignoran….

  TLDR - Save yourself the time and headache Deleting and reposting, there’s all new management here! At least they seem clueless instead of malicious, but Ayanna is gone as well she was so very helpful. I like many others have not had my refund sent to my new address! My building got sold! There’s nothing to even deduct! Management talks to you like you’re an idiot for even complaining about it, they can’t afford to pay their bills let alone their old tenants back is what management told me. They still don’t answer the phone half the time, but it’s not just the management office it’s Cushman Wakefield. Save yourself the huge headache of having to deal with a CW property.

  A Warning! I do not recommend these apartments to anyone considering renting. I've had a problem for three months; I was evicted, and to this day, I haven't received my refund. They told me they would deposit the money in 30 to 40 days and to this day I haven't received anything. I've called and gone to the offices and it's just pure lies, they never give me a solution to my problem.
