  I didn't get to move here, but I want to say that the experiences I've had interacting with the staff was GREAT. I worked with one staff member named Sue. She was so helpful and caring. I was never able to see a model to make a decision, but if ever the opportunity is presented, I would. The property looks like the residents care about where they live as well as the staff. Little things like this make a HUGE difference. These people understand the assignment in housing people. They understand that housing is a give & take. They understand that they need the residents just as much as the residents need housing. They don't have an ego issue, don't seem to abuse their power and authority, and appear to have good morals, ethics, and work ethics. Most of the time, rentals are built, owned, or managed by a bunch of people who own and live in houses; so they don't know what's it's like to rent or have forgotten. Most have hidden biases and believe that since you are a renter, you don't get to have respect, decency, nor a health, safe, or fair environment, but I didn't get this impression at all during my three visits to the property and I think I'm a really good study of character. Thanks for being the breath of fresh air that this country, society, and neighborhood needs. We are all carrying to world on our shoulders just trying to be housed, do our jobs, and get through all the crap that is going on in the world. The last thing we need is to be mean to one another. It takes just a second to be nice and respectful, and Sue took HOURS that she didn't have to. God bless her.

  Ms. Sue is by far the best leasing agent I’ve met. She’s the main reason I chose this property as my home. From the very beginning, she was so welcoming, helpful, and funny, which made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly stand out. I highly recommend working with her! Also Micheal maintenance is awesome.

  The apartment and the apartment complex is really nice and peaceful. The price of the apartment is very reasonable as well. I give this place 4 stars because although the price is reasonable there are many additional fees (ex: carport parking, smart home technology, concierge service ) which are included that brings the total monthly cost right back to what you would pay if you selected somewhere else. My personal opinion some of these things should be optional based on what each tenant may desire. Outside of those things it’s a pretty good place to live.

  We are about to begin our 3rd year here at Tradition. The ADA home makes living with disabilities so much easier. My neighbors are great, nice but not nosy. The office staff is friendly and always ready to help! The Maintenance staff have been very courteous and work hard at doing the best job possible. It’s a great location and a great place to live.

  This has to be the worst place I have ever lived at. For the monthly rate you would assume the could at least get the gate situation fixed. I lived here for 18 months and I've never seen the gate working, ever. This allows for ANYONE to come into the property at any hour. The parking situation is trash. You will find yourself either parking outside or paying for a spot regularly. The homes themselves are built very poorly and I think that contributed to why our electricity bill was the highest we've ever had to pay. I'm use to paying 200-250 a month. Here, my bill is regularly 350+. They always have some type of water leaks on the property. Management will NOT answer any of your phone calls the first time. You always have to leave a voicemail to here back from them. They make you use 3 different 3rd party apps to be able to access any benefits that you get from living there or to simply file a maintenance request. Living here was honestly the worst mistake I made. This was definitely the push I needed to become a home owner. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
