- RRRocio RamirezMay 26, 20261.0Roaches, mold issues, incompetent staff, the amenities are only during business hours including bathrooms. Quiet hours are a joke, you can't use the basketball court or pool after 8pm. They spent $$ in remodeling office but can't spend a dime fixing the apartments units or properly cleaning dryer vents. Did I mention ROACHES!
