  Just happened to walk in and ask preliminary questions about prices of apartments and what the apartment complex has to offer. Looked online and the prices almost match what on the apartment search site. Very pleased with what I saw and what the apartment complex has to offer for the whole price to live there compared to others I have visited.

  Just applied for the apartment. Got denied over not having sufficient rental history. I have over 12 years of rental history. They denied applications without requesting more information. Property is very old. They dont have specials. Poor customer service. I got approved somewhere else with $200 more a month for brand new apartment. Their loss. Ill take my money somewhere else.

  They gaslit me for a year. If I could give 0 starts I would. *the smoke alarms would go off for boiling water *my apartment was on the 3rd floor (this is important) when winter hit my apartment got down to 53 degrees inside, when I reported it to maintenance they said "your vents are blowing better than any other 3rd apartments if it doesn't warm up in a hour call us again and we will come back." Well I ended up turning the oven on 450 and opening it so I had somewhere warm to stand and bought 4 space heaters mainly for the bedroom and bathroom. A hour goes by and the apartment finally got to 55 degrees but nothing higher than that. Of course I called maintenance and they said the same thing "its working well blowing out 80 degrees the third floor is just colder sometimes." I went to the leasing office and she said they would send someone else from maintenance to look at it and guess what they said the same thing. Fast forward to summer and my apartment was a scorching 95 degrees inside. Called maintenance and he said "the ac is blowing 67 really hard so it's working fine, it's probably warm in here because heat rises and the sun shines into your apartment" I had blackout curtains on my living room and bedroom windows. It got to the point where I couldn't sleep in there and had to get a hotel for a few nights. When I got home the apartment went up to 97 with the AC running probably the entire time. I took pictures and the hotel bill to leasing and demanded they fix our apartment, move us, or break or lease with no penalties because at 97 degrees in the hot texas summer is unsafe living conditions (it didn't help I was also 2 months pregnant). They moved me to a first floor unit and gave me 2 days to turn my old keys in and reimbursed for the hotel. I asked them to then reimburse for the 400 dollar electricity bill and was denied but whatever. 1 week later I got an email from the leasing office stating my old apartment had no insulation.
