  I had an amazing experience finding my new home here! Lizette and Nallely were incredible. They helped me find my perfect apartment and made the entire process quick and easy. They were available to help me every step of the way, which took all the stress out of moving. The maintenance team is also top-notch. They are very respectful, professional, and work incredibly fast whenever something is needed. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a smooth move-in and great service

  I love my apartment! It’s ver spacious and suitable for me and my two kids. Lizette has been nice and helpful since the very beginning. She took me and my girls to tour the actual apartment that I will be moving into. She explained everything and told me that the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Dakota is a really great manager. When I first moved in my appliances was not in good shape and she didn’t hesitate to get them replaced as soon as possible. Nallely helps me with getting a quote for paying my rent in advance. All management staff and maintenance staff are very helpful and want to ensure their residents are happy. I recommend these apartments. I will be calling The Broadway apartments my home until I’m ready to become a homeowner.

  I can’t wait to move in!!! Dakota was so amazing and super patience with me and all of my questions. Everything looked really clean and well maintained, which are a top priority because my apartment I’m at now ARE NOT.
