  I read a review from a resident who has lived here for over 16 years, and their story is very similar to our own experience—we’ve been here nearly 18 years. Here is what they said: "Been living here almost 17 years. Dakota and her team are by far the best management we have had at The Broadway. Anytime I have to come to the office, the ladies in the office are so kind and lovely. It doesn't feel like I am a burden, and these people actually care about the tenants. This place is always clean and grounds are always picked up. My neighbors are all quiet and very nice people. I am getting ready to renew once again. The maintenance men also always do a very good job if I ever need anything done in my apartment. I am very thankful and so blessed. Thank you Dakota and team." We feel just as happy as—or even happier than—that resident, because Dakota is the best property manager ever. The maintenance team is top-notch and incredibly fast. The service—whether by phone or in the office—is the best there is; the assistant, Nayeli, and the team with Lys are truly kind, sweet, and efficient. We are very grateful.

  My experience was horrible!!! This is only a small part of what I had to deal with during my stay here for a little over a year. The property is heavily roach-infested, and once you sign your lease, the front office's attitude completely changes. Getting help or having concerns addressed was extremely frustrating. The parking situation is also terrible and adds even more stress to living here. Along with the pool being dirty most of time here including the summer in Texas weather. Overall, I would give this place a 0/10. I absolutely do not recommend living here. Please do not waste your time or money.

  Ok.. First, Loved how clean the property looks, The staff in the office was amazing. yep, I will be applying next month. Everyone was very helpful and answered to all of my questions. I really like the pool behind the office and the convenient package lockers.

  I Was a resident in 2019 and the staff was always good with being concerned about the resident's comfort. They went above and beyond to assist me and my family during a time of dual loss and grieving I am very grateful for the community and support at that time
