Dakota Pierce is wonderful! I've lived at The Broadway for a long time and she is the best manager that's ever been here. She's very helpful, friendly and knows her business. I'm glad this is my home

Sometimes simple is best. Management is friendly and communicative. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. Neighbors are friendly and the units have decent amenities. Anyone who has missed these before knows how crucial they are!

I moved into The Broadway August 2025 to get back on my feet and it has been a wonderful experience the entire year. I love it so much here that my partner and I are moving into a bigger unit! I love that some of the apartments have little yards for dogs, but we appreciate that there’s a bigger dog park that they can run in and stretch their legs.
The Broadway has THE best maintenance. I’ve lived in a few apartments where it would take days or weeks to have someone come out, but the gentleman here have been out here same day if not the following day after I’ve submitted my request and they always do a phenomenal job fixing what’s needed.
Dakota and the ladies in the front office are always so friendly and personable, I love that they greet me by name! (I should bring lunch some time ;) )
Excited for our next year at The Broadway!

I just want to emphasize that the ladies in the office are patient, kind, and understanding. They communicate with me very professionally and have helped me generously when I needed help. The community is nice and friendly. Additionally, the nights in the community are quiet and peaceful.

I am a current resident here and am experiencing respiratory issues due to visible mold found in my apartment. I have been to the emergency room and am now seeing a pulmonary doctor to ensure that due to mold inhalation I am suffering respiratory issues. Due to me still being an active resident I will not be disclosing my apartment number. The front office property manager Dakota pierce, has been notified that said mold has now become a root cause to my health decline while she remain negligent. If anyone has any resources to assist I would love to take them into account. I have hired a city inspector to do a thorough inspection while I know they are not certified in mold I too will be taking the necessary action to have a licensed professional investigate the mold for me. I am very displeased being Dakota puts on a fake act to reassure her residents she cares meanwhile I sit still in this apartment suffering with the musk smell in my room as well as seen in the photos below the visible mold around the base of the toilet as well as around the base of the shower. I have asked for the proper method of contact that is not herself (Dakota pierce) which she refuses to give knowing that she is in the wrong. This apartment has had visible water damage and I have only been here 5 months come August 1st with no flooding done on my end of any sorts. They moved me into this unit thinking that I would do nothing however I plan to do everything in my power to ensure that this gets taken care of and the right way! Terrible way to try and make long staying residents if I do say so myself.
Update: 8/1/2026
The property manager says I am harassing her although I am just trying to request a unit transfer for my own health and nothing I have sent her has fallen outside of the lines of my general health and overall safety. It’s a shame I have to get a city inspector out. I’m sure they will be very displeased to see these images I have below in person being that they are very disturbing and after going through the other reviews I regret moving here. Once my lease is up I will be considering other places being that the office staff is terrible and the living conditions are even worse. I wasn’t really planning on suing but given the way things are unfolding I just might have too and that is just genuinely insane to me that I have to take on such measures. Dakota herself needs to work on being more professional and using proper terminology when speaking to avoid making herself look bad. She is genuinely making the owner of these apartments look bad right now on top of them already looking bad on the inside all on their own. Whole apartment I’m in currently had serious water damage and I just overall am very upset.
