  We lived in Seven Oaks Apts this about a year,»: '5 w and unfortunately, it was a complete scam. Whenever something inside the home broke-like the toilet, the stove, or the AC—we had to contact them multiple times, often more than six or eight times, and it took weeks for them to send someone to fix it. Their responsiveness was very poor. After we moved out, they charged us hidden fees we were never informed about-including cleaning, carpet replacement, and cabinet cleaning, which should have been done by the property itself. When they demanded the money, they threatened us by saying they would send it to collections, and we had no choice but to pay. Additionally, they never told us upfront that we would be charged twice for trash services, and the initial water bill was far lower than what we later received. These people are scammers who add hidden fees after you sign the lease, so l «.strongly recommend no one stay in this property

  Don't move here! "I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my previous tenancy. I lived at the apartment for one year and faced unjust charges. Before signing the lease, I was told the electricity bill would be $40 to $50, but it was consistently $96. I was also told there was a one-time trash fee, but I was charged twice. After I moved out, I was billed $870 for cleaning, which is unlawful. I have photo and video evidence. I strongly advise others not to rent here, as it is a dangerous scam.   My wife and I stopped by 7oaks and Ireland helped us. she made everything easy to understand and actually listened. on the way out my wife and I were already talking about how great she was just made the whole tour feel easy. i’ll say this though i’m not big on all the carpet just not really my thing, but ireland pointed out the upsides without being pushy and mentioned the free carpet cleaning when you renew which made me look at it a little different. the place could use some work landscaping isn’t the best and appliances are older, but the space really stands out bigger than a lot we’ve seen. we decided on somewhere else but had to give credit so if you go ask for her shes what made it a good experience

  Apartment hunting is stressful enough on its own. I scheduled a tour online for today at 10:30 AM. Typically, leasing agents follow up after a tour is scheduled to confirm needs such as whether you’re looking for a 1-, 2-, or 3-bedroom apartment; however, I did not receive any follow-up. The website showed availability for 3-bedroom units, which is why I scheduled the appointment. When I arrived, the leasing agent asked how she could help and seemed surprised when I said I had an appointment, stating they had not checked the schedule—even though the tour was booked on Wednesday for Saturday. I was then informed that there were no 3-bedroom apartments available. An opportunity for improvement in customer service would be staying on top of scheduled appointments to avoid wasting both the prospective renter’s and the leasing agent’s time. Overall, the experience was not customer-friendly.
