  We recently moved out and after putting work orders to have the floor fixed maintenance still said the office would charge us for repairs after he himself said they do that to all the residents moving out. I went to talk with the office staff and after being told to email the proof I had that the damage was not caused by us they still haven’t contacted me after 2 weeks. During our time staying there their system tried to charge us a months rent after we had already paid. Don’t move here unless you want endless roaches from your neighbors and 3 pools that are never actually clean.

  Very disappointing experience with maintenance service and staff response. The biggest issue I have faced at Seacrest Apartment is the way service requests are handled. I have raised multiple maintenance/service requests, but instead of actually resolving the issue, the requests are sometimes simply marked as “resolved” or closed while the problem is still not fixed. This is extremely frustrating as a resident. If a service request is raised, it should only be closed after the issue has actually been inspected and resolved. Closing requests without completing the work gives the impression that the management is more focused on showing requests as completed rather than genuinely addressing residents’ concerns. I have also experienced poor communication and lack of response from staff when trying to follow up on these issues. It should not be necessary for residents to repeatedly contact the office for the same unresolved problem. On top of this, there have been concerns regarding charges that appear unjustified or unclear, and getting a proper explanation from the staff has been difficult. Overall, the customer service needs significant improvement. Residents deserve properly completed maintenance requests, transparent charges, timely communication, and respectful treatment. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service for current and future residents.

  Did a walk around our first day here 9/12/2026. Couple things, bolts on front door are loose so door doesn’t hang straight. Master bedroom toilet doesnt flush correctly seems to be clogged already and it’s not even used yet. Other bedroom already has a broken window theres literally a hole in it. One burner on stove doesn’t work. And the garbage disposal in sink doesn’t work and the sinks is already clogged before moving in and dishwasher isn’t working also there are no fire alarms anywhere in the apartment they’ve all been removed

  Let's play a game and see how many work orders it takes before the AC gets fixed. Mind you, it's almost 87° inside of the apartment right now. With the thermostat set to 73° Update: they eventually got it fixed, but it is a month later and the same issue is happening again.🙃
