  Absolutely love it! I came in with no appointment to tour apartments in my budget. I told Angier everything I wanted and she found me one and helped me get approved! When learning the apartment I originally toured was no longer available, Angie already had a replacement that she knew I would love as well. Wonderful customer service, gave a tour of the whole property, got me what I wanted, AND got me set up for the earliest move in date (I asked for). Can't wait to move in!! :)

  ¡Excelente experiencia! Fui a conocer los departamentos en un tour y quedé encantada. 🥰 Desde que llegué, todos en la oficina fueron súper amables y atentos. Me explicaron todo con muchísima paciencia y respondieron todas mis preguntas, lo cual hizo que el proceso fuera muy fácil y agradable. Los departamentos están hermosos, me encantaron tanto que ¡hasta apliqué en ese mismo momento! 😍✨ Definitivamente recomiendo mucho visitar este lugar si están buscando un nuevo hogar.

  I love living here. There were a couple of bumps in the road but Dairion and the other staff made things right. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The exterior grounds were well kept. I still have some exploring to do but expect things to continue to be maintained quite well.

  Everyone is clueless in that office. Work orders are put in incomplete or incorrectly. Maintenance half ass repairs more like a bandaid on top of a major issues. Oh and they mark your work orders complete when no one has actually come out. The AC is always going out, roach infested, cat waste everywhere, they paint over mold, poor insulation, structural issues. The office never answers the phone. We all should get together and call the city on this apartment complex. Take your money and lease somewhere else, it’s not worth it.

  For the love of God, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Leasing office NEVER answers the phone, and NEVER calls back when requested. Out of all the issues we've had, they have never not once called us back. We had an issue where they overcharged us, the leasing office told us to leave it unpaid, then sent a false Notice To Vacate for unpaid dues. We had to consider legal action before they honored FHA Laws. The buildings are dirty and workers are incompetent. We moved out and submitted our keys on move to out day. Had a leasing agent sign off, then get an email the next day charging fees for "not submitting keys". Called the leasing office 30 times and they do not answer. Honorable mention: They painted over a roach in the wall. Landlord special does not get more special than this.
