  it's decent enough price-wise or else I wouldn't put up with as much. Move in day was a nightmare, they told us we needed a money order only after we got there with the truck and movers. Since living here, maintainance is a 50/50. Either it's fixed super fast or they don't even touch it. They've broken my shower rod before, "repaired" a leak by leaving a light fixture half-installed, screwed in cardboard to the ceiling, told us our AC was fine when the apartment was at 80° despite the AC set to 60°. If you need pest control, honestly, just handle it yourself. The roaches are relentless in summer. And maintainance aside, the leasing office seems to has no communication amongst the agents. I'll call and get one answer, then go to the office and be told that's wrong. And this is not a one off, but my regular experience. I will say, as far as good things, is that it's very quiet here. People mind their business. I've seen seniors out after dark, and lots of kids. It's a safe place. As long as you can put up with the rest.
