  A very disappointing experience after almost 3 years of living here. I have been living in this apartment community for almost three years, and honestly, my experience has become increasingly frustrating. The biggest issue for me has been the air conditioning. The AC does not cool properly, and especially during the summer, I have to report the same problem approximately every month, month and a half, or every couple of months. When maintenance comes, they check the AC and add more refrigerant, but the problem keeps coming back. I have explained several times that I do not consider it normal to constantly have to add refrigerant and that the actual cause of the problem should be investigated. On top of that, when I submit a maintenance request through the website, I often wait four or five days without anyone coming. I then have to go personally to the leasing office to ask what is happening. Sometimes I have to go back a second time because the issue still has not been addressed. Today I went back to the office again about the same problem, and the attitude I received made me feel as though they were thinking, “she's here again.” But if I keep coming back, it is because the problem has not been properly resolved. Another very unpleasant issue is the amount of cockroaches in the apartment. It is a serious problem that affects the quality of life and makes it very difficult to feel comfortable living here. There are also other conditions in the apartment that I consider unacceptable. Only two of the four burners on the stove work, and the interior light in the refrigerator does not work either. I have not reported these particular issues because, honestly, I am tired of having to constantly follow up with maintenance, and my intention is to move out once my lease ends. I pay my rent every month and fulfill my responsibilities as a resident. I believe it is reasonable to expect an apartment to have adequate living conditions and for maintenance problems to be properly addressed and fixed. After almost three years, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this apartment community to anyone looking.Mi experiencia en este complejo de apartamentos ha sido muy mala. Uno de los principales problemas es el aire acondicionado. Lo he reportado en varias ocasiones porque no enfría correctamente y, a pesar de los reportes, el problema continúa. Dentro del apartamento la temperatura llega a 77–78 °F y tenemos que utilizar ventiladores para poder estar más cómodos. Lo peor es que uno reporta los problemas por el sistema que ellos tienen, espera cuatro o cinco días y muchas veces nadie viene a resolverlos. Al final, uno termina teniendo que ir personalmente a la oficina a reclamar una y otra vez. También tengo problemas con la estufa: de las cuatro hornillas, solamente funcionan dos. Además, hay otros problemas de mantenimiento que tampoco han sido solucionados adecuadamente. Yo pago mi renta todos los meses y considero que, como residente, tengo derecho a recibir un apartamento con los servicios básicos funcionando correctamente. No es justo tener que estar reportando los mismos problemas repetidamente y tener que vivir con estas condiciones. Espero que la administración tome estos comentarios en serio y mejore la atención y el mantenimiento para los residentes.for a place to live.

  Andrew with maintenance is incredible!! He is always very prompt with maintenance requests and he gets the job done! He never has to come back and redo anything that he has previously worked on and that speaks volumes. If he isn’t the head of maintenance he definitely should be he has proven to be reliable.

  I am sad to say i will be moving but this place has been a wonderful experience a wonderful living space and great management always helping me out when i need them most i can thank them enough i would definitely recommend living here in rayside residents.

  Do not move here!!!! I have lived here for 5 yrs this is the forth owners. My ac has went out and the previous 3 owners had it fixed in 3 days however Rayside has not. The lady in the office was very rude about it and told me that I should be happy with the tiny window unit they gave me for my bedroom. My apartment in the afternoon is 94 degrees and the unit that I have will not hold Freon. In the morning at 3 am the outside temp was 83 and the inside temperature was 89 degrees. After 5 years of renting here I will not be renewing my lease. The ac unit looks like it came from 1980!
