DO NOT MOVE INTO ONE 90 you will regret.
Management (Vanessa) very rude and
unprofessional. I requested information to speak with corporate and was told that they could not give that information. Not right. The whole staff in that office cover true self by blaming on the tenant. DO NOT MOVE TO ONE 90 or you will PAY đź’° for it. Also, the reason I moved was changed on paper work. SMH

I’ve had a good experience with One90 Firewheel Apartments in Garland. The community is clean, quiet, and in a very convenient location near Firewheel, shopping, restaurants, and major roads. The apartments are comfortable, well-kept, and the area feels welcoming.
I also want to give a special shoutout to Saarah. She has been an exceptional help since I moved in and has made the transfer process much easier. She is kind, professional, and always willing to assist when needed. Overall, One90 Firewheel is a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Garland, TX.

Excellent experience overall. Very nice apartments, and the staff was very personable, especially Jenny Sanchez who was extremely helpful and accommodating. An additional perk if getting an upper floor unit is that there are elevators in each building. I personally was looking for a nice apartment that was also in a convenient location to shopping, restaurants, grocery store, etc. These apartments fulfilled all that and more.

Bribed Reviews Hide SAFETY HAZARD: Infestations, Fire Risks, and Financial Fraud
Don't be fooled by the high rating—this complex offers a $125 admin fee waiver in exchange for 5-star reviews on move-in day. I have lived in two separate buildings in this complex, and the reality is much darker.
1. Life-Safety Issues: My kids' bedroom breaker was sparking and making audible popping sounds. Maintenance refused to replace it, claiming it was "functional" until I threatened them with legal liability. I had to buy my own fire extinguisher because I didn't feel safe sleeping. Additionally, my ceiling leaked rainwater for weeks, resulting in major construction while my family was still living in the unit.
2. Infestations & Poor Design: I moved to building 8, supposedly "new," only to found heavy infestation. Cockroaches were inside the drawers, closets, and even the electrical outlets in my apartment. The HVAC system is fundamentally broken; due to poor pipe design, one side of the apartment never gets AC or heat, leading to massive electricity bills and zero comfort.
3. Predatory Billing & Fraud: They practice "bait and switch" marketing. They advertised W/D in-unit, then charged $75/month to rent one. They sneak $50/month garage fees into contracts you didn't ask for. Finally, they will steal your security deposit. I was charged $500 for a "paint job" on untouched walls because of a hidden clause in the contract.
Summary: The elevator is constantly broken, the hallways smell like weed, and some office staff—particularly Olivia—is condescending and treats residents like criminals. This isn't a home; it's a health hazard and a financial trap. Avoid at all costs.
