  Management, residents and the downtown atmosphere makes the complex an excellent environment for family and friends. The only downside is that I awake to homeless people sleeping on the benches outside of my apartment having profanity laced conversations with themselves. The north side entry of the building is where they choose to relieve themselves. I have caught grown men in the act of relieving themselves like it was an ordinary thing to do in front of a stranger. Many of the homeless population consist of the mentally ill, but we as a society choose to ignore the homeless and encourage the police to run them off temporarily. I do not have a resolution and I can’t point fingers but this is my experience.
