  Any review thats "good" is fake. They give insensitive to give a good review. Lived here for 8 years and once it became Lovato it all went downhill. The German roach infestation is so incredibly bad and honestly is enough to shut the place down, its THAT bad. You have to keep your dishes and your food in tight lid containers, cant keep anything in the cabinets or drawers. Water constantly flooding from the floor boards, ceiling etc. I had a leak in my sons closet and they PAINTED OVER THE WET WALL. yes, painted over a soggy wall. Im not kidding. Black mold everywhere. Decorated with shopping carts from the Mexican market next door, curfew isn't implemented so people are outside drunk and playing music all hours. None of the outside lights work, the pool is permanently closed, but you pay for it. They used to be all bills paid maby years ago but switched to bills but you STILL cant control your own AC, which constantly leaks, is filled with mold and roaches crawl out of. I wish I could really explain how bad the roaches are. I cant believe the city hasn't condemned the place, seriously. There will be roaches in your fridge. You'll go open your bread and it'll have roaches inside. You'll get silverware and you'll see German roach EGG SACKS in your drawers. You'll have roaches crawling up the wall by your head as you try to sleep though the loud people screaming outside. The roaches and the constant plumbing issues are enough to look elsewhere. It's not safe and no one is vetted. Trash everywhere. I mean what else can I say?

  Been living here 6 months , this apartment complex is a JOKE the bills don’t add up , your rent is not the same every month due to janky light bill and water bills billed thru there own company . Hispanics out all night drinking not safe at all, someone actually got ran over by a drunk driver and went unconscious a few days ago! Plus the office lady Elizabeth is so not for her tenants and very rude and for her own race the (Hispanics) . She moved me in back in February due to the manager Eva who originally got me in getting fired supposedly on my move in day. Elizabeth provided the wrong mailbox key and have the nerve to charge me $35 for (her mistakes) the mailbox key she gave me that never worked . Also her customer service is horrible especially to a tenant who’s been on time every Month and not to mention , when I was moved in the apartment wasn’t even ready. The floor scrapped up and the tub was clogged and there was tape around the water faucets , spider webs everywhere , the ac unit was loud heck my kids couldn’t even sleep . We had to clean our own apartment before we actually moved our items in . I would not recommend these apartments to anyone else , I don’t care how desperate you are to move these apartments are no good . Once my lease is up I’m outta here !

  Love this place! Clean, affordable and the manager Alfred is very understanding and make things happen here. Elizabeth the assistant manager is awesome! I highly recommend this place!

  Estoy sumamente agradecida con Elizabeth y Alfredo por toda la ayuda que me brindaron para conseguir mi apartamento. 🏡❤️ Desde el primer momento fueron muy amables, atentos y profesionales. Me orientaron, respondieron todas mis preguntas y estuvieron pendientes de mí durante todo el proceso. Gracias a su dedicación y excelente atención, todo fue fácil, rápido y sin complicaciones. Lo que más agradezco es que realmente se preocuparon por ayudarme y hacer que todo saliera bien. Gracias a ellos, hoy tengo un lugar que puedo llamar mi hogar. 🙏✨ Muchísimas gracias, Elizabeth y Alfredo, por su apoyo, paciencia y excelente servicio. Son excelentes personas y profesionales.   ACTIVE GERMAN ROACHES ELIZABETH AND OTHER MANEGER ARE DISHONEST DO NOT RENT HERE OR THEY WILL BULLY YOU TO TRY TO STAY AND PAY WHERE THEIRS AN ACTIVE ROACH INFESTATION they sprayed before and theirs still all around my kitchen and dishes I TALKED TO THEM AND THEY JUST WANT ME TO WAIT KNOWING ITS MORE THAN JUST A COUPLE ROACHES THEIR IN THE VENTS SEWAGE AND WALLS THE PLACE SMELLS DIRTY REGARDLESS OF WHAT WE DO AND YET THEYRE DECIDING TO DO THE BARE MINIMUM PLEASE BE AWARE OF BRAZOS AND LOVATO APARTMENT!! No les recomiendo comprar estos apartamentos tiene plague de cucarachas la oficina ya sabe y no asen nada al respeto también ahí un olor fuerte porque no más pintan las paredes o donde caí el agua If you are a resident here I recommend you call city of garland so the complex can actually do something about this and not just have someone come spray store bought products
