    $1,800 for windows covered by screens that block out 85% sunlight? Yea, no thanks. Only move there if you don't mind paying extra on electricity because even during the day there is no natural sunlight. NONE. Depressing honestly. every resident I spoke to feels this way. I understand why new management had to get rid of the skylights but covering up the last window and only source of natural light just so they could avoid replacing all the disgusting windows—was not a good choice at all.

    Love my new place my move in process was very smooth and the leasing agent was very helpful. My kids love the playground area. Definitely recommend leaving here .

    Terrible place. Management is corrupt, one maintenance who can't get help or funding. Absolute blackhole.
