  Please find a better place to live! This place does not keep track of anything. My wife and I moved out in October of 2025, no balance due by move-out. Now we’re getting calls from a local collections agency saying we had charges that were owed and had now been sent to them for collection. NOT A SINGLE EMAIL OR CALL FROM THE PROPERTY MANAGERS LETTING US KNOW WE OWED SOMETHING! Even trying to put in our notice was a hassle as management didn’t properly document it in their system, leading their AI assistant (horrible by the way) to constantly message us saying we owed rent for November. After talking to a manager in the office, she simply said to “ignore it you don’t owe anything so you’re fine”. Looks to me they’re just trying to cover up their mess up!!! So many better places in Garland! Also, we had a leak for more than a month that never got fixed, and our primary bathroom was out of commission because their maintenance team got a drain snake stuck. Mind you the maintenance man didn’t even say anything when he left!!! He just left the broken drain snake and put the toilet on top of it. This lead to a third party plumber having to be called and we were without out main bathroom for 2 weeks. They even got filthy water on our carpet and management refused to come out to look at the damage. Horrible horrible!! Avoid like the plague!!! - Andrew Alanis

  The ladies in the front office harass mail carriers, very unprofessional and I will be at the front office to get corporates phone number.

  They have roaches! Nobody does anything about it! Every corner you turn there’s a roach, no matter how much you clean. Your apartment is still going to have roaches !

  Julia, Cindy and Natalie are very nice, very professional and friendly, Maintenance is a 10/10 if you have a problem or emergency they will fix it very fast , nice place and area to live at. 10/10 recommend this to make your home.
