I'll certainly update after we've been here for a bit but this property has been everything we were hoping for and more.

They charged me first $200 and i talked to them they said well they are so sorry That happened .after they talked to the person was in charge they told me you are clear . i showed them all docs i got . and i showed them that busted water hose inside the wall wasnt my fault also i have witness and so many times i called their maintenance . no answer . also A statement from the plumber This is insane well i guess i'm not the first one
