  8/12 -how people live here smelling sewage overflowing all over the property is crazy. Just the smell of waste. I wish I could break my lease. 8/5-its an issue throughout the entire community. I don't need to call you. Why are you not properly cleaning sewage? Explain it here? This is ongoing and all over the complex. Clean it up properly!!! Side note-they never pick up trash either. Broken glass bottle same spot for months. Dangerous. Trash EVERYWHERE. ‐---------------- Update-they sprayed the side walk with water. That is how they clean up waste. Im reporting you. I have photos. The many other places on property were not cleaned. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ++++++ There is sewage overflowing in front of my unit that's been there a week. It smells horrible and is very dangerous and hazardous. It needs to be cleaned up IMMEDIATELY AND PROPERLY. It's happening in multiple places over the complex and is never cleaned up. Left for kids, animals..etc to walk through. Yes they know. I'm not calling the property owners. Clean it up. Disgusting. I have photos. I'm researching my options. Legal...news stations...whoever will get this resolved and please make sure they follow through on cleaning it in the future. NASTY

  Horrible….. I came here to this place it’s a nice decent place but the management is horrible I told them my move in date is July 6 when I visited in June for a tour and the management told me I can do application online when and pick July 1st when I did it they didn’t have the option for it and only have June 12 till June 22nd. We had to keep going back and forth when we got approved cause they keep putting our move in date in June when it’s supposed to be in July and they kept trying to charge us for June when we kept telling them we won’t be able to move in July 6 multiple times never coming here again. I told them I wanted my deposit back and it still have not been refunded

  My girlfriend and I just moved in but the experience so far has been fantastic. Alejandra was so kind, communicative, and patient with is as we navigated the moving in process. I'll certainly update after we've been here for a bit but this property has been everything we were hoping for and more.

  This is unfortunate. I was really looking forward to my tour at 1:00pm but no one showed up. So I rescheduled for 1:45pm and no one showed up. Thanks for wasting my time /: The apartments looked nice from the outside, wish I could’ve seen the inside.
