  I was warned by a friend before I moved here that this team is notorious for painting over mold and I should’ve listened. This was my first apartment in Galveston and I regret it so much. I reported a leak in my ceiling from the apartment above me in MAY of 2026. It took months of me submitting maintenance requests and calling for help, but no one addressed it until the leak bled through my floor and into the apartment under me despite all my own effort to catch any falling water. This caused mold and mildew in my carpet and ultimately the leak in the underneath apartment. They still took a month to fully “repair” this… I was told multiple times by maintenance they needed to cut out this portion of the ceiling and that is not what happened. After waiting 3 months, living with mold and mildew next to my air vent, I watched their maintenance team plaster and paint right over all of the mold and mildew that has accumulated over the months of neglect. This was a simple fix, but the leasing office continued to push it off until the damages got unlivable. If you report any issues do NOT expect for them to fix it without having to ask over and over and over again. Here you will get charged over $1,400 for a 1b/1bath filled with mold and mildew and the leasing team will neglect your health and safety, it’s unacceptable. If you move into building R beware you have mold and mildew, you just can’t see it they have painted over it.

  Patricia was absolutely wonderful during our tour! She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. She made us feel very comfortable and was genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. We really appreciated her positive attitude and attention to detail.   I came in for a tour and Patricia was the best / very helpful she gave me options that would work with me - she really took the time to listen and assist - I didn’t feel rushed or like a number - she even gave me a follow up call - I really appreciate her being a true professional

  I had a great experience working with Patricia throughout the leasing process. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient with all of my questions. She made everything easy to understand and was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. Patricia was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and stress-free.
