  Nida was absolutely incredible throughout my home buying process. This was a very overwhelming and complicated journey for me, especially with relocating to Texas, but she stayed patient, professional, and responsive every step of the way. She always made herself available to answer questions, kept me informed, and genuinely cared about helping me make the right decisions rather than just closing a deal. What really stood out was her ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally while still making me feel supported throughout the process. From negotiations to inspections to closing, she stayed on top of everything and helped make a difficult process feel much smoother. I truly appreciate all the effort, time, and dedication she put into helping me secure my new home. I would highly recommend Nida to anyone looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely invested in her clients.

  First, let me say this about myself. I’m a first time home buyer, extremely green to the process. I didn’t have the knowledge, the experience, or a clear roadmap. Here comes Sandy, some things are destined. A friendly face just popped up on Zillow! Before she was even officially my realtor, she gave me so much time and patience. She stepped into multiple roles for me, realtor, advisor, and support system, and did it effortlessly. She’s energetic and a ball of sunshine, but she will also fight for you! One example, I found a new build that was my first choice, but it was already sold. We moved forward w/ another home, only to later realize it backed up to a greenbelt with an open yard and no privacy. That was NOT disclosed upfront. At that point, we were deep into the process, where most people would assume you are locked in. Sandy did NOT accept THAT. She advocated for me, had the right conversations, and got the conversation going where they offered a different home. This happens with persistence, strategy, and knowing how to navigate the situation. Sandy is accommodating, transparent, and goes beyond what most would consider doing their job. She stayed on top of details, advocated for me, and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. If I had to go through this process 20 more times, I would choose her every single time. I appreciate everything she did for me, and I can confidently say if you work with Sandy, you will be in good hands.

  I worked with Lana and she has been great. She kept me updated on all the details of the work that was being done. She communicated frequently and clearly. I work odd hours and she was even available at 11:30 pm to go over the contract with me so i understood everything. She was available anytime i had a question and never hesitated to make sure i was comfortable with the process and understood everything. Anytime i reached out to her with a question or concern she was very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend her to anyone planning on purchasing a home. She’s sweet, precise, helpful and a great negotiator.

  Karen Richardson was outstanding at every level. She appeared promptly and on time. She was knowledgeable of each property we visited. Her communication was top of the line. She texted us with directions and follow up. She exceeded our expectations over and over again. We have purchased and sold homes several times and she is absolutely the best at her job. She is friendly and caring and always looking out for your best interest. She doesn’t push or rush you, she listens and gives valuable insight. You won’t find a better realtor! We came from out of town and had only one day to see properties. She stayed with us the entire day, helped locate additional properties, went above and beyond. We could not have had a better experience. Thank you Karen for all of your help! It was greatly appreciated and she demonstrated what a great realtor can do for you! Hire her, you won’t be disappointed!.

  After almost a year and a half of sitting and thinking about what has happened to us with this company, I finally decided to come in write this review all feelings aside. In Spring of 2024 we decide to sell and buy a new home. We met Hannah through Zillow. She showed us a couple of homes and we decided to stick with her. She introduced us to Liz Hurley to sell our home. At our first and only meeting (we only saw her in person one time) she was friendly and spoke so highly of the Cannon team. She even mentioned how quick and easy selling our home would be. That was important to us since we were trying to buy a home at the same time. After a couple of suggested repairs we went on market. That’s when everything changed. She was less communicative. It was very obvious that our simple started home in a simple neighborhood was not what Liz was accustomed to list and sell. There was no social media post about our home like the rest of the luxury homes that she had listed. Not until I mentioned it. No open houses until I mentioned it and demanded for us to have. No real effort in selling our home until I kept bugging about it. Not even when we had a offer with a bogus inspection that wanted things like the A/C repaired or looked at even tho it had been completely replaced less than 5 years prior. She did not fight for us and that offer was then taken back. I completely believe we were discriminated against by her and the team. We had a great financial lost due to this. We were on market for so long that the price in our home dropped significantly. Even when we finally sold the home she did not show up to closing. I do not recommend going with this company and specially not Liz Hurly. She made selling our home a true nightmare.
