  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Finding the right home can be stressful, especially when you’re trying to find a place that truly feels right for your family, but Meri Atarbekyan with The Cannon Team made the entire experience absolutely wonderful. From our very first conversation, Meri made us feel like we were more than just clients. She genuinely listened to what we wanted, understood what was important to us, and put so much time and effort into helping us find the perfect home to rent in Allen, Texas. What stood out most was how much Meri truly cared. She was always responsive, patient, professional, and incredibly attentive to every little detail. We never felt rushed or pressured into choosing something that wasn’t right for us. Instead, she treated our search as if she were helping her own family find a home.   My husband was transferred with only a few weeks' notice, but Katie found us a home that met our needs quickly. We had the keys only three days after touring the property, which not only eased the entire moving process, but also gave me peace of mind and confidence.   I met Barbara Giberson, Realtor with the Cannon Team in Flower Mound Texas at a DREM Impact luncheon. She was so personal and it was really cool that in a room of 200 people we both lived in Flower Mound. We became friends then she helped me find the home I just purchased. I was renting and wanted to own my own home again. Through many tears, tours and prayers we found the one I needed. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made sure I always understood what was happening. Barbara was very clear about every step that needed to be taken and guided me through the process so I never felt lost or unsure of what came next. I am extremely grateful for everything she did for me and could not have asked for a better person to help me through this experience!

  Do not use Cannon to sell your home unless you are on the high end price points of the home market. My home is in a top area of Plano, just not the ultra $ featured homes on their website. They will provide minimum effort in selling/marketing your home. Basically they post pics on MLS and pray for buyers to call. Had to request open house 3 months into our listing with them just to get any activity. Zero marketing they could physically provide. Only strategy was to lower price to get a quick sale. Agent could never provide backup on lowering price when we had similar or better comps than houses listed and selling around us for higher price points. I’m sorry, but the “market is telling you to lower the price” is a cop-out for lazy realtors. Also, data provided was always tailored to price points that did not match our property. When I questioned, they told me that I should be more specific on my requests. Very condescending attitudes. Fortunately we are not in a hurry to sell and stuck to our pricing. Not worried about our house selling if we just have a capable realtor that is motivated.

  I had a truly remarkable experience buying real estate with incredible guidance and effort from our realtor Nida Baweja. I cannot recommend her enough for any real estate transactions based on my experiences that I am detailing below - We recently purchased a property in Lewisville/The Colony, Texas, and because the lot came with an existing mobile/manufactured home, the transaction required navigating some unique and tricky financing hurdles. While this could have easily become a stressful nightmare, Nida guided us through the multiple financing options with absolute ease and expert knowledge. What blew me away the most was her meticulous attention to detail, anticipating hurdles and paving way for easy clearance. The paperwork for this type of purchase was very extensive, but she was incredibly thorough. Nida took the time to summarize every single document perfectly, translating complex real estate jargon into simple terms so I always knew exactly what I was signing. Nida took complete ownership of the process from start to finish. I truly did not have to lift a finger, which allowed me to actually enjoy the excitement of buying the property and planning ahead rather than stressing over the logistics. If you want a real estate agent who is knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about making our buying and selling experiences seamless, look no further.
