I have lived at Silverado for a couple of years now. I was disappointed with how things were going over the last year but since the new management took over things have turned around. My last couple of work orders were done the same day and the office staff have been really sweet so I'm pretty happy so far.

I toured Silverado Apartments last Friday with Maribel, the manager, whose great personality and friendly energy made showing the 1-bedroom apartment a wonderful experience. She explained all the amenities and floor plans for such a reasonably priced apartment in this area. Thanks to her hospitable service, I will be making Silverado Apartments my next home and you should, too!

Last Friday, Maribel was great, she answered all my questions and made sure all my doubts were answered. She is very friendly and very pleasant to talk to. She looked very busy but took the time to make sure I left without a question unanswered.

I have lived here at Silverado going on 13 years. We are under new management with Gaines Investment Trust. We are truly hoping that now this place that we call Home will Finally be well managed and taken care of and well kept! Shout out to Juan M and ALL the new maintenance guys that have been assisting in getting my AC Unit up and running. It's been brutal and uncomfortable but they are being very attentive and I really appreciate all their help. Thank You!

I was genuinely interested in this property because of the pricing and floor plans, but the leasing experience was extremely disappointing. I scheduled a tour for Saturday at 10:30 AM, rearranged my plans, and waited about 45 minutes without being able to tour and with the agent with curly hair to not say a single thing to us other than ,” the waiting area is right there” before she just left. I then rescheduled for Monday at 5:30 PM, specifically confirmed the appointment beforehand, left work early, and arrived with my young son only to find no one in the office. After the second missed appointment, I texted the leasing office and emailed the property manager because I was still interested in a specific unit and even asked about a self-guided or virtual tour. Several days later, I still received no response. I understand that scheduling issues happen, but two missed appointments — one confirmed in advance — followed by no communication made me feel like my time was wasted. I really liked the property on paper, but this experience made me seriously question what communication with management would be like as a resident.
