  Current resident! Everything about Mirra from the staff in the office to when you first walk in feels welcoming. I like the app that is used for the property, there are different services you can choose on the app like paying rent, housekeeping, tv mounting, handyman etc. Since me and my husband are newer residents I have visited the office on multiple occasions and never once have the office staff ever made me feel like I was a bother to them. The hallways inside the building are maintained and kept clean, the area outside around the property is nice as well. They have a coffee machine in the lobby and residents get a certain amount of cups free of charge per month. Thank you to Maebree, Seraphina, Bailey and Joseph for being so nice and helpful to us.

  Joseph DeBose at Mirra Frisco was incredibly helpful when I had a package accidentally delivered there. I don’t live at Mirra, but Joseph still took the time to track it down, communicate with me, and personally make sure it got delivered to me. He was professional, kind, and went above and beyond. Really appreciate the great service!

  Everything started out great! The apartment’s location was great, the amenities were nice (the pool could have been a little nicer in comparison). The staff were also very friendly. However, 4 months into our lease, things took a turn. We had an extremely inconsiderate neighbor above us, that made loud noises 24/7 (during business hours and quiet hours). The noise was so disruptive, it threw off our sleep. After several complaints to the front office, we were advised they reached out to the tenant with “suggestions” on how to keep the noise down (putting down area rugs, etc). They also offered to move us into a new unit, where we would have had to pay more money and the unit honestly wasn’t in great shape. We had to call the police once and then the after hours line, multiple times, and nothing was ever done. It’s evident these apartments were constructed poorly and do not meet the usual Toll brothers standard. You can literally hear everything, from people turning on their faucets, to walking (or running) across the floor. The patio door also wasn’t sealed properly when we first moved in, so we would frequently see bugs around the door. Pet owners let their pets urinate and defecate in the carpeted hallways and while that’s not something management can control, they can, at the very least make sure the hallways and breezeways are maintained well. There’s been a urine stain in our hallway for months, that has never been cleaned. The maintenance staff is amazing! Huge shoutout to them and to Maebree and Joseph, who are always very kind and helpful. Overall this has not been a great experience. I really wouldn’t recommend living here, and I’m counting down the days until my lease is up.

  The team at Mirra — especially Maebree and Joseph — is in a league of their own. Maebree is attentive, graceful, and thoughtful, making the leasing process feel completely stress-free. Joseph brings the same kindness and support every step of the way. Together, they keep communication clear and consistent so you're never left wondering. Add in the beautifully maintained community with upscale amenities and a peaceful, thoughtfully designed atmosphere, and Mirra is truly a place to call home.
