  I just moved in and the move in experience was absolutely amazing! Maebree and Joseph are genuinely the sweetest, caring and intentional people. The managers Sarafina and Bailey are also very kind and approachable which I’m not used to. I LOVE my apartment, still settling in but it’s definitely coming to life. If you’re looking for a new place to live Mirra is that place!

  I remember touring Mirra for the first time and being so certain that I would love it. As a former resident that just moved out, I would STRONGLY suggest you don’t move here. They designed the lobby extremely well in a way that is very bright and appealing at first, but the units are a completely different story. The walls here are paper thin and you can hear even when your neighbor closes their door. You’ll hear their conversations and music playing. You will hear more noise than usual from anyone living above you and lose sleep because of it. White noise, headphones, etc and nothing could mask it. I knew this is a building-wide issue because my neighbors would complain about the same thing. The stairways are often left with trash for weeks at a time. Overall, the building was made TERRIBLY. Unfinished corners, rust all over the units, dirty cabinets and hardware. Hallways leading to the apartments are filled with dander, dust, fur, and stains (some of which were there for the entire duration of my lease). The janitor is super sweet and I don’t think they equip her with enough to handle everything. Roaches are an issue here and little is done about it. Even if you live on one of the higher floors. It is disgusting. Mirra is not the luxury living that they advertise. Don’t be fooled by the seemingly polite leasing office. Not worth the price at all.

  I've been at MIRRA for over a year, and the people here are a big reason I've enjoyed living here so much. Joseph, Maebree, Seraphina, and Bailey are always friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about the residents. Whether you stop by the office or have a question, they always take the time to help and make you feel welcome. Brian on the maintenance team is fantastic. He's quick to respond, does quality work, and is always friendly. Blake is also great, and the housekeeping team does an amazing job keeping the property looking clean and beautiful. A lot of apartment communities have nice amenities, but it's the people who make the difference. I'm thankful for this team and appreciate everything they do. Thank you for making Mirra such a great place to live!

  Just moved out of here from a 15 month lease, had an amazing experience through and through. Especially as someone relocating from across the country. Was actually the second tenant in the building when they opened, and I was immediately met with open arms and a willingness to help. Josh, Maebree, Seraphina, and Bryan all assisted in a laundry list of ways throughout my lease. Whether that be me hosting a few friends from out of town, locking myself out of my apartment, or even as simple as holding a door for me. Genuinely going to miss living here, unfortunately they don’t have larger floor plans as my family has grown and requires more space! Would’ve signed another lease if they did. Never reviewed a place I’ve lived before, that just shows you how over the top the team at MIRRA went to make me feel at home. 10/10, would always recommend.
