  I am absolutely furious about the issues in this apartment. Things were fine for 2 months and then I started noticing roaches appearing near my bathroom EVERY day. I closed the drains and had to struggle to get a hold of management since they NEVER pick up the phone and take days to reply to an urgent email and scheduled pest control services. I’ve had multiple treatments for the apartment but the roach infestation didn’t die down. My last straw is when I wake up to my shower hosting 5 baby roaches scurrying around. I reached out to management and they want to tell me there’s no LIVE infestation and that any more serious treatment would be at MY OWN EXPENSE!!? Is this a joke because with the amount that is paid in rent and fees which includes a monthly pest fee, I want this serious issue sorted out. Instead they want to lie and try to minimize the personal hell that I have to undergo every morning. This isn’t a seasonal texas or weather issue if I see the presence of roaches every single day and then they want to tell me there’s no signs of an infestation. They’re treatment didn’t even result in dead roaches they’re all alive and thriving. I don’t have to beg to get an issue like this sorted and nor do I have to spend my own money to solve a problem that they’re responsible for. I am so upset and angry and I’m thinking of moving out/ending my lease. This is absolutely unacceptable so beware.

  Came to tour this place, no one was at the service desk. The assistant manager of the property was in the office with glass doors, acted like no one was trying to contact her. Leaves me to question the type of customer service they provide their renters.

  I just moved in and the move in experience was absolutely amazing! Maebree and Joseph are genuinely the sweetest, caring and intentional people. The managers Sarafina and Bailey are also very kind and approachable which I’m not used to. I LOVE my apartment, still settling in but it’s definitely coming to life. If you’re looking for a new place to live Mirra is that place!

  I remember touring Mirra for the first time and being so certain that I would love it. As a former resident that just moved out, I would STRONGLY suggest you don’t move here. They designed the lobby extremely well in a way that is very bright and appealing at first, but the units are a completely different story. The walls here are paper thin and you can hear even when your neighbor closes their door. You’ll hear their conversations and music playing. You will hear more noise than usual from anyone living above you and lose sleep because of it. White noise, headphones, etc and nothing could mask it. I knew this is a building-wide issue because my neighbors would complain about the same thing. The stairways are often left with trash for weeks at a time. Overall, the building was made TERRIBLY. Unfinished corners, rust all over the units, dirty cabinets and hardware. Hallways leading to the apartments are filled with dander, dust, fur, and stains (some of which were there for the entire duration of my lease). The janitor is super sweet and I don’t think they equip her with enough to handle everything. Roaches are an issue here and little is done about it. Even if you live on one of the higher floors. It is disgusting. Mirra is not the luxury living that they advertise. Don’t be fooled by the seemingly polite leasing office. Not worth the price at all.
