After seeing what my friend went through at Lebanon Ridge, I would never recommend this place to anyone. Before she even moved in, she wasn’t properly shown the apartment during her scheduled tour. She was basically handed keys and told to find it herself, which should’ve been the first red flag. Once she signed her lease, the communication completely changed. Emails went unanswered, maintenance issues dragged on, and she started having bug problems almost immediately after moving in. What bothered me the most was how management handled things when she reported being harassed by another resident. Instead of making sure she felt safe or taking her concerns seriously, it seemed like all of the kindness disappeared. She was also caring for her sick mother, and management (Specifically, Brandi) knew that from the beginning. Rather than working with her or giving warnings, everything escalated incredibly fast. They issued a 3 day notice the same week she reported the resident and got a lawyer involved. They even went as far to tell other residents what was going to happen to my friend’s tenancy. But when my friend wanted to know what was the “plan of action” that her leasing agent, Essance, said was going to made, they didn’t answer her. Makes sense because they didn’t do anything to help or support my friend. They also threw away several of her bags of clothes when she first moved in and her leasing agent, Essance, said it was valet but then the former assistant manager at the time said they valet doesn’t pick up large trash bags. Okay then… so why did they pick up very large bags full of clothes? Watching someone who was genuinely trying to be a good tenant get treated that way was disappointing. Luxury apartments aren’t just about nice buildings. They’re about professionalism, communication, and how residents are treated when problems come up. Based on what I witnessed, Lebanon Ridge fell far short of that. If you’re apartment hunting, I’d encourage you to read reviews carefully before signing a lease. Management shows their true colors when residents need help, not just when they’re trying to get you to sign a contract.

I want to post my review out there so people that are considering living at Lebanon Ridge think twice before signing a lease here. This place isn’t as great as you think it is and the management here are two sided. Here’s my experience. - When I found out about this place, I did what anyone else would’ve done and booked a tour. But I never got that tour. Essance was my leasing agent but she wasn’t there on the day I came to tour so Yvonne was supposed to go with me on this tour. Instead, Yvonne went into a room, took the keys and told me to go find the building and apartment myself. When I asked “Where is it” she said “It’s right there” in a very condescending tone. The reviews that claim Yvonne is very unpleasant and rude are very true. - Since Yvonne didn’t properly offer me a tour, I called Essance the next day to request my admin fee back. I had a bad feeling about this place. Essance persuaded me to give her and the office another chance and because she had a nice demeanor, I fell for it. After I signed the lease, I felt like she wasn’t really there for me because most of my emails went unanswered by her and I started having so many issues in the apartment. I wish Essance had just given me my admin fee back and you’ll see exactly why in my next reasons. Maintenance is very slow. I started seeing bugs within days of moving into my apartment. The very few times that Essance answered my email, she told me pest control was going to come every Tuesday. They never came. After a few days of posting my original review, the manager, Brandi, got involved. Brandi wanted me to delete my review and she started acting fake-nice to get me to do it. I told Brandi that my mom is sick and she was going to be with me for the meantime because I was waiting for a permanent solution. Brandi was fully aware and was even ready to make the caregiver a key so that she can enter my unit whenever. The fake nice act that Brandi had with me quickly diminished the week I had reported a resident harassing me. Brandi was no where to be found and ignored my emails about work orders and this harassment. Instead, she ended up siding with the person who initiated the harassment since they wanna keep up with their reputation “luxury” and this resident was a retired professional athlete. The same week I reported, she sends me a 3 day notice about my mom. Even after knowing my mom’s situation. I’ve only lived here for 2 months and I was NEVER told or issued a warning that I couldn’t have a guest anymore. It was only after I had reported the resident and they showed bias. The way Brandi and her team treated me during this process was absolutely horrible and just showed me that they’re not good people. They never issued any warnings, just went straight to filing a notice to vacate. There’s plenty of residents that have guests living with them and Brandi knew my situation was unique but I guess because I reported a professional athlete and they wanted to show their favoritism, they didn’t care. They wanted me out. She quickly got a lawyer involved and I couldn’t even call her for any issues I had, including the ongoing harassment. Funny considering that she wanted me to be “comfortable in the community”. Be very careful when choosing this place to live. They’ll be nice to you and make false promises before you move but the second you move in and you report someone that they favorite, they’ll be quick to get you out. Even if you were a good tenant.

Awesome place to live so far. Moved in about two weeks ago. I worked with Essence I was very spacific about what I was looking for in an apartment and found that this complex fit all of my needs. I was also adamant about which type of unit I moved into "B4" Unfortunately that was the most popular unit in the complex. Essence kept me updated almost daily until one of my sought after units became available. The communication was phenomenal. I even recieved a call from the property manager while she was on vacation to clear up a slight misunderstanding before my move date and for the inconvenience the helped me out with movers. I can't say enough good things about the people working here. Some of the spacific amenities I was looking for: 24 hr gym Secure parking Garage access In unit washer and dryer Big closets Patio Year round pool access It's great here quiet, family friendly and very close to the highway and shopping. Come check it out.

I do enjoy living here and have had a mostly good experience. However, this is not a luxury apartment. There is nothing special about it and they use that term to upcharge on rent. They use a third party company, PetScreening, for all things pets, ESAs, and service animals. I had an absolutely horrid experience with PetScreening and it made the process of getting my ESAs registered an absolute headache. The gym is almost never clean and almost never has fully working equipment. There is almost always a broken machine and I avoid the gym because I have seen trash in there more than once. In my hallway, there have been refrigerators, washing machines, etc. just sitting outside for weeks-months. At one point I had to contact the leasing office to remove the appliances from the hallways because they are an eyesore. I did decide to renew my lease, I do enjoy the area and my experience has not been egregious but it could be better considering this is labeled a “luxury” apartment.
