From the very beginning, he made the entire home-buying and financing process feel easy and manageable. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and always took the time to answer our questions and make sure we understood exactly what was happening every step of the way. Buying a home can be stressful, but Robert was always one step ahead, kept everything moving, and gave us so much confidence throughout the process. We truly felt like he cared about getting us into our new home and making the experience as smooth as possible. We couldn’t have asked for a better loan officer and are so grateful for everything Robert did to help us get to closing. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone buying a home!

As we built a new home, there were some trepidations and concerns using the builder’s preferred lender, but they helped us every step of the way and quieted those doubts. Any time we wanted to understand the current state of rates and how it might affect our purchase their team was able to provide that information quickly and efficiently. We ended up locking a rate higher than we wanted but still lower than what they eventually rose to before closing so we’re happy about that. The loan was funded within an hour, the documents were easy to understand, and communication was wonderful. Other lenders had higher rates and even told us to lock in with Fairway. Overall the experience was great!
