  I have lived at Cypress Lake Stonebriar Apartments for a while and their office personnel always does an amazing job.I would like to complement Jay, she is always friendly, professional, efficient, and courteous absolutely the best. It's a great community.

  We’ve been living at this apartment complex for the past 5 years, and overall we’ve had a very good experience here. Recently, we completed an apartment transfer, and the assistant manager Sarai along with the office staff were extremely helpful throughout the entire transition process. They made everything much smoother and were always professional, responsive, and friendly. The maintenance team also deserves recognition for consistently responding quickly to maintenance requests and resolving any issues we’ve had over the years. It’s reassuring to know the staff truly cares about the residents and works hard to keep the community in great condition. highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming place to live.

  Sarai (a ray of sunshine) was very proactive and pleasant in assisting me with a package that was missing. Her professionalism and kind demeanor should be an example for all apartment complexes. Sensational.

  Jay at Cypress Lakes has been amazing!! She has made the entire experience from viewing, leasing, and moving in a seamless and enjoyable experience. Jay and the entire CL team have been professional and made this an extremely positive experience. Plus…I love it here!

  Do not move here. I lived here from 2021 to 2025. The student drivers of Frisco has completely ruined this apartment complex. They will leave their trash bags out on the curb at all times of day in all times of night. When they really should only be putting their trash out from five to 6:30 PM. So anytime you are going to your car or running an errand you are looking at mounds of trash, some people will even just sit there fast food bags down on the grass for the trash guy to come pick it up. The management used to fine people for leaving their trash out as they did it once to me after they opened up the bag and dug through the trash to find something with my name or apartment number on it. But it seems they stopped doing this for the student drivers as they simply put out way too much trash at all times of day for someone to start digging through each bag to find who put it out there. Also parents will let their kids ride their bikes with no supervision, no cones, no safety speeding around corners in the parking lot so you have to drive about 5 miles an hour at all times because you don't know who is going to come around the corner. The apartment complex used to be great because it is in a awesome location with a bunch of restaurants and stores around you but I had to move out because it was ruined by foreigners who don't speak your language and do not respect the rules and authority of the community that they live in. But this is a much bigger problem throughout all of Frisco and not just this apartment complex. Frisco has been completely changed for the worst over the last five years. I have attached pictures showing how much trash is left out on the daily basis. Unless you like staring and smelling stinky trash then do not move here. Also the Gates hardly ever work properly, I don't understand how having a working gate is an issue in the year 2026 but management just can't figure out how to get a gate working that doesn't break or cause issues every time you try to use it. Pathetic apartment and management. And I lived here for four years so everything I've said is 100% true and based on real life experience experiences so I'm sorry if I hurt anyone's feelings.
