  My experience has been terrible! I moved in to my apartment 2 days after the initial date. I thought the apartment would be set. There were cob webs, so much dirt in walls, missing shower head that were replaced with the noisiest shower heads, walls needing paint, non functioning washer and dryer, a microwave light that won’t turn off running electric 24/7, bad ac unit that they sent a handyman to take care of and only remove some suppose timer however it will stay on 78 throughout the day in this already blistering Texas heat, woke up to a bug on my pillow, oh and to add insult to injury you only get one key even though the contract states you can obtain an additional or replacement for $50. I spoke to the manager Angela Turner, who did nothing to help me. In fact Angela Turner was rude and walked away and got on the phone while I idly waited in the lobby. Instead I had to wait to the following day for Trudy (to whom I spoke to initially and was the reason I signed up for the apartment) to get the handyman out to my unit. I have reached out to corporate and hope they will do something quickly to resolve these issues.

  Five hours nonstop.. I’m a very careful observer. This past Wednesday I had to be up early (5:00 AM). I decided to take a walk around the building. I normally do and I couldn’t help and notice that the maintenance in the building starts at 6 AM. While, everyone is sleeping and no one notices, the maintenance guys were quietly cleaning the yard, changing out trash bags, restocking doggy bags for dog owners among other things. By 7 AM you can find one of the maintenance guys cleaning the pool and scrubbing the floors as the sun goes up. By 11 AM you will still see them by the pool area cleaning the grills, blowing leaves, and cleaning all surfaces. Every table gets wiped, and very sun bed gets dusted- making sure that it is a presentable environment. Maintenance around here is very efficient and quite frankly very consistent. You won’t find large amounts of debris or trash around the community ever. You’ll find the occasional dog hair ball, but it’s Just a matter of time before maintenance gets to it before you notice it again Yesterday they came by my apartment. They didn’t make a big-huge-deal that I wasn’t there, or called me 30,000 times to open the door. They simply followed instructions and got everything done in a very quiet manner. So quiet that I had teenagers sleeping in the house and nobody noticed when they came in until we got the email confirmation that our service was completed. Upon checking the 3 things I mentioned in my request- turns out they were fixed. Nothing was out of order and there wasn’t muddy footprints inside my house. It was just a very seamless experience. Highly recommend this community.

  I rarely leave reviews, but after everything I’ve experienced here, I feel it’s necessary. My biggest concern is safety. I was involved in the elevator incident where the elevator panel fell into my head, causing a closed head injury that required a hospital visit and caused me to miss work. I was later informed that there is video footage of management telling movers not to use the elevator. If that is true, then the elevator should have been inspected and secured before residents continued using it. Regardless of who caused the damage, this incident could have been prevented. Since then, management has largely pointed fingers at the movers while leaving me to navigate the claim process on my own. I’ve called the corporate office multiple times and have yet to receive any meaningful response or assistance. Despite missing work because of this incident, full rent was still expected without any consideration for what happened. Unfortunately, this wasn’t my only issue. My freezer has failed twice, causing me to throw away more than $300 worth of groceries. The hallways are also consistently dirty. Before I moved in, I was told they were about to be cleaned, but the results were disappointing and little has been done since. I truly regret renewing my lease. The lack of communication, accountability, and concern for residents has been extremely disappointing. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because the maintenance team has been wonderful, and a couple of front office staff members genuinely seem to care. Their efforts are appreciated, but they do not make up for the larger issues I’ve experienced. I hope the response to this review is not a generic apology or trying to state what you have done because it’s simply NOT ENOUGH . Residents deserve more than excuses—they deserve action, accountability, and a safe place to live.
