  Lived here for a few years now. Haven’t had too many issues, but the few I’ve had were resolved in a timely manner. Work orders always done on time as well!

  I have lived her for 3 years and just signed a renewal. Love the staff and I really don't have any complaints. The place is always clean and if work needs to be done that effects where I live, I am given plenty of advanced notice. Not planning on moving out for any other reason than to get a house!

  I've lived at Alaqua Frisco for over five years, and this was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had as a resident. Before my daughter's pool birthday party, I notified the office in advance that we'd be using the community grills and requested they be cleaned and ready. When we arrived, the grills were dirty, and every propane tank was empty. Maintenance said it wasn't an emergency, so I had to leave the party, clean the grill myself, buy propane out of pocket, and delay feeding 15 children for hours. What was even more disappointing was how the office handled my concern afterward. I went in simply expecting an acknowledgment and an apology. Instead, within minutes, multiple staff members became defensive, spoke over me, and dismissed my concerns. The conversation escalated almost immediately because no one was willing to acknowledge that the situation had been mishandled. Mistakes happen. Good customer service means listening, taking accountability, and treating residents with respect. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. After more than five years here, I expected better professionalism and basic courtesy.

  I have lived here for almost 3 years and this by far is the best apartments I have lived in. When I moved in, I had no issues in the apartment. Whenever I put a work order in, it's typically completed the same day. My dog loves the dog park which doesn't smell!!! The people in the office are sooooo sweet! When I do have to stop by the office, Holly, Jessica, and Kristin always say "hi" to me and always tell me to have a good day. I really do feel so comfortable living here and hope to stay here for a few more years.

  First and foremost I want to say what a beautiful property this is. It’s a clean and a very well kept property. My biggest thing is maintenance. And I have to say Stephen is the most professional, responsive, polite maintenance man I have come in contact with. He is thorough and efficient. Always keeps me updated . And always does a great job.
