  After almost five years living in this community I've relocated outside of the area so I'll drop my experience below. If you're looking to move in here I'd tell you that I've personally had a great experience. In my time here the management and staff in office has been very responsive to all messages/requests that I had. Maintenance was handled in a timely manner, and I never had any issues left idle. The routine spraying for bugs was nice being so close to the wooded area behind the complex. The complex itself in a pretty good spot, loved the hiking trails just behind them, grocery stores are very close by, and the location is very quiet despite being near a main road. Inside of the apartments were very nice for what you're paying never had issue with any of my appliances/hardware. I lived on the top floor unit and in all the time I lived there the elevator went down one single time and was handled quickly. No leaks inside, no flooding, etc.. The community living in the complex was very friendly, and I never had issue with any other tenants. If you're moving into the area and want somewhere quiet, in a good location, and more affordable than most areas in Frisco/Little Elm I'd highly recommend the complex. Thanks again to Kristin and the team for helping the move out process be smooth and quick!

  Imagine charging a loyal resident a fine just because the maid was about to take the trash to the dumpster after valet pickup didn’t do their job. I run a multi-million dollar dealership, and this kind of process is just bad customer service. Do better.

  I strongly do not recommend this apartment community. They appear very friendly and helpful during the onboarding process, but that changes completely once you become a tenant. The management seems primarily focused on extracting money through unclear and excessive charges, especially around lease break fees and additional costs. The lack of transparency feels misleading and unfair. What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of accountability from management. The regional manager refuses to meet tenants to address concerns, repeatedly stating she is “busy.” Ignoring tenant issues at this level is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. The front desk experience makes things worse. The staff member is consistently unhelpful, and lacks basic knowledge to assist residents. Instead of resolving concerns, interactions often add to the frustration. Overall, this community lacks professionalism, transparency, and basic respect for tenants. I would strongly advise others to think twice before leasing here.

  The place its good, nice and quiet but you smell Marihuana everywhere, you wanna take the elevator and smell you are in your room you smell that. Its so bad and its like you have to deal with that. There’s no place to kids to play and people driving like they’re on hwy.
