  I have lived here for almost 3 years and this by far is the best apartments I have lived in. When I moved in, I had no issues in the apartment. Whenever I put a work order in, it's typically completed the same day. My dog loves the dog park which doesn't smell!!! The people in the office are sooooo sweet! When I do have to stop by the office, Holly, Jessica, and Kristin always say "hi" to me and always tell me to have a good day. I really do feel so comfortable living here and hope to stay here for a few more years.

  We were at the pool trying to grill and we couldn’t get the grill to start.  And my sister recognized the maintenance man’s red jeep and she was able to flag him down and he came and started the grill for us on his day off and taught us how to use it, thank you Stephen for saving our weekend

  First and foremost I want to say what a beautiful property this is. It’s a clean and a very well kept property. My biggest thing is maintenance. And I have to say Stephen is the most professional, responsive, polite maintenance man I have come in contact with. He is thorough and efficient. Always keeps me updated . And always does a great job.

  Alaqua, is a beautiful property the grounds are always clean and look amazing 👏. Stephen does an awesome job at keeping it looking great, he's always friendly and kind. Keep up the great job well done.

  Strongly do not recommend choosing Alaqua to be your home. Very cheap appliances, thin walls, foundation issues, and lastly poor management. Kristin H which is the property manger does not have the professionalism needed for her to be in that position. Often talks over you, and feels that she has the authority to talk down to her tenants. With the cheap appliances plus the consistent zero accountability and respect, this made living here unbearable. We felt disrespected and violated. Unfortunately it does appear that other residents received similar treatment from the same manager. When will it stop? Pure evil spirit. Stay far away.
